The test team set out from Heihe and finally arrived in Mohe via the Humata River after two days.
Mohe County is not large, with a permanent population of about 60,000 to 70,000 people, and the entire county is encompassed by one street.
The team has completed the ice and snow test drive in Heihe, and went to Mohe mainly to conduct high-altitude cold tests.
Low temperature cold start test, low temperature air conditioning system test, high cold durability test, ESP test and low temperature braking system test, etc.
The first is a cold start test twice a day, morning and evening.
Vehicles from the 1990s had to spend a night in temperatures of -30 to -40 degrees Celsius, and it was very difficult to start them successfully in the morning within the limit of three starts within four seconds.
But these cars actually did it. Although none of them started successfully on the first try, almost all of them started successfully within three times.
This is thanks to the reasonable design of the engine and the high-power battery designed by Yang Li's team.
Although Yang Li's team has not yet made a real breakthrough in lithium batteries, because they have sufficient manpower, they have allocated some people to improve traditional lead-acid batteries.

After a successful cold start, the vehicle needs to drive out directly without warming up, and continuously complete acceleration and deceleration in different speed ranges, simulating the stop-and-go road conditions under normal driving conditions, as well as the vehicle's acceleration performance after the red light at the intersection turns green.
Strictly speaking, this test is a bit boring. On the test section, you start at full throttle in first gear, then slow down to idle, shift to second gear and drive at full throttle, then slow down to idle, shift to third gear and drive at full throttle... then shift to fifth gear and drive at full throttle, then slow down to idle.
During the whole process, the common rail pressure, filter inlet pressure, oil pump inlet pressure, injection return pressure, injection volume, oil pump inlet temperature, filter inlet temperature and injection return temperature are tested under low temperature environment.
These tests also take more than ten days to test.
Wan Feng accompanied the convoy in and out every day, and his hands were frozen.
Another half a month later, the vehicle test was finally completed.
At this point, their cars have completed high-temperature, high-altitude and high-cold tests, and each car has traveled no less than 200,000 kilometers.
