In a secret outpost belonging to the Investigation Department south of Fanyang City, Jia Xu knelt quietly behind the main table with his eyes slightly closed.
Several spies from the Investigation Division stood cautiously on both sides of the hall, their eyelids lowered, holding their breath and remaining silent.
