The maid quickly tidied up Rouze.
Lady Ulanara looked at Rouze before her. Rouze's black hair was tied up with a white jade hairpin, and she was wearing a red dance dress with a light veil of the same color over it.
"Very good! As expected of your mother's daughter!" Lady Ulanara said with satisfaction.
"Mother, let's go!" Rouze said.
"Alright!" Lady Ulanara prepared to take Rouze out.
Just then, the old nanny beside Lady Ulanara came over and said, "Madam, the master just sent the steward to tell you to take the eldest princess to the front hall!"
"To the front hall?" Rouze excitedly grasped Lady Ulanara's hand. "Mother, does the Crown Prince want to see me?"
"Mother heard you!" Lady Ulanara patted Rouze's hand, signaling her to quiet down.
"I understand, we'll be there shortly!" Lady Ulanara said to the nanny.
"Mother, aren't we going over there now?" Rouze asked, puzzled.
"You can't go to see the Crown Prince dressed like this!" Rouze's clothes were barely acceptable if she bumped into the Crown Prince, but if she knew she was going to see the Crown Prince and still dressed like this, it would be against the rules!
"Yes, Mother!" Rouze hurriedly asked the maid to help her change her clothes before going to the front hall with Lady Ulanara.
Fei Yanggu wanted to ask the Crown Prince what He Zhu had said earlier, but the Crown Prince had a stern face and he didn't know how to start the conversation.
Finally, Lady Ulanara arrived with Rouze.
Rou swayed her hips as she walked up to the Crown Prince. The Crown Prince, with a shy and timid air, bowed gracefully and said, "This humble woman greets Your Highness the Crown Prince!"
“The Ulanara family is truly well-mannered! I have learned my lesson!” The Crown Prince looked at Fei Yanggu with a half-smile.
Fei Yanggu's face instantly turned into a palette of colors as he snapped at Rou Ze, "Hurry up and go to your mother's place!"
"Father!" Rouze looked at Feiyanggu with dissatisfaction, stomped her foot, and was reluctantly pulled aside by Lady Ulanara.
The Crown Prince felt a sense of disgust looking at Rouze's affected manner. He had seen Hexue do the same thing before, but Hexue's version only made her seem innocent and cute.
"He Zhu, bring out the items and let Lord Ulanara and his family have a good look at them!" the Crown Prince said to He Zhu.
"Yes!" He Zhu handed the results of the previous investigation to Fei Yanggu.
After reading the contents, Fei Yanggu looked at Rouze in disbelief and asked, "Did you really do this?"
Rouze's face turned deathly pale upon seeing this. "Father, I..."
"Master, how can you not trust your own daughter? You watched Rou grow up, don't you know what kind of person she is?"
"You mustn't listen to other people's rumors and hurt Rouze's feelings!" Lady Ulanara cried.
"Does Lady Ulanara mean that I am spreading rumors?" the Crown Prince asked with an air of authority despite his lack of anger.
"This concubine...this concubine dares not!" Lady Ulanara immediately said.
“Feyanggu, I am here today because I have solid evidence, otherwise I would not have wasted my time with you!”
"Since you won't admit it, why don't you go directly to the Infantry Commander's office!" the Crown Prince said with a smile, but his tone sent chills down one's spine.
"Your Highness, it is hard to believe that my daughter was responsible based solely on these few pieces of paper!" Fei Yanggu knew that the Crown Prince was not one to make baseless accusations, but he still wanted to try to advocate for Rouze.
"Alright, I can convince you completely." The Crown Prince looked up at the maid behind Rouze. "You can ask her; she arranged everything!"
When Ping'er, who was behind Rouze, saw the Crown Prince pointing at her, she trembled like a leaf.
"Ping'er, tell me what exactly happened?" Fei Yanggu was already completely convinced when he saw that the Crown Prince had even found out about Ping'er.
"Ping'er, tell me quickly! Did you really do it? You're a servant born into the household, you've really disappointed me!" Rouze said painfully.
Hearing Rouze's words, Ping'er closed her eyes with tears in her eyes, "Master, it's all my fault!"
