The Fourth Prince was restless in his quarters, worried about the Imperial Noble Consort and He Xue, wondering if she had woken up yet.
Just as the Fourth Prince was pondering whether or not to go to Yuqing Palace, Su Peisheng came in and said that someone from Yuqing Palace had arrived.
The Fourth Prince felt that it must be related to He Xue, so he immediately went out without delay.
Upon exiting, they discovered that the person who had arrived was the Crown Prince. However, there was another person beside the Crown Prince, who was completely covered by a black cloak, making it impossible to see his face.

"Fourth Brother, are you going or not? This is a one-time opportunity, and it won't come again!"
The Fourth Prince thought about it carefully, "Wait for me!"
He Xue knew that the Fourth Prince would go with them.
The Fourth Prince quickly finished getting ready and came out. "Let's go!"
The Crown Prince took He Xue's hand and walked forward.
The Fourth Prince found the Crown Prince's hand extremely offensive. How could his Second Brother do such a thing? How could he disregard the proper boundaries between men and women?
"He Xue, be careful!" The Fourth Prince stepped directly between He Xue and the Crown Prince, forcefully separating their clasped hands.

"There's a stone, be careful!" The Fourth Prince pretended to kick it, and in doing so, he pushed the Crown Prince aside.
"Thank you, Fourth Brother!" He Xue said, without doubting the Fourth Prince's statement.
The Crown Prince glanced speechlessly at the Fourth Prince. Where were the stones? Why was his fourth brother causing trouble for him? Wasn't he the second brother whom his fourth brother respected the most?
"Second brother, you must be careful too! I will take good care of He Xue!" the Fourth Prince said to the Crown Prince. He continued to stand between the Crown Prince and He Xue, not giving the Crown Prince any chance to get close to He Xue.
The Crown Prince could only walk alone, and every now and then he would receive a wary look from the Fourth Prince.
Upon arriving at Chengqian Palace, He Xue and the other two came to the foot of a palace wall.
"He Xue, I'll carry you over!" the Crown Prince said to He Xue.
"No way!" The Fourth Prince refused without even thinking. The Second Brother was really going too far, actually wanting to hug He Xue.
He could now understand his older brother's feelings a little better. How could his own sister let another man get close to her? Even if that man was his favorite second brother, it wouldn't be allowed.
"Fourth brother, what do you think we should do to get there?" the Crown Prince asked the Fourth Prince with a smile.
“I’ll take He Xue with me!” the Fourth Prince said immediately.
"No!" the Crown Prince objected. How could he allow another man to get close to He Xue?
"Second Brother, boys and girls should not sit together after the age of seven. You and He Xue should know how to avoid suspicion!" the Fourth Prince said to the Crown Prince.
"You and He Xue should also avoid suspicion, even though you are siblings!" The Crown Prince knew that the Fourth Prince would bring up the fact that he and He Xue were siblings, so he directly blocked the Fourth Prince's idea.
"If you keep dawdling, the patrolling guards will be here!" He Xue said, looking at the two who were neither willing to give in.
"I don't need you guys anymore, I'll go by myself!" He Xue said irritably.
"How will you get there?" the Fourth Prince asked.
"See that crooked tree? I'll climb it!" He Xue thought climbing a tree shouldn't be a problem; she had climbed trees quite a lot when she was little.
