The two security guards looked at each other without thinking much about it. There were not many residents here, so they remembered the owners relatively well. It seemed that they had encountered a woman looking for Mr. Lin before, but they all ended in bad mood.
The two of them looked at each other. How could Mr. Lin have the heart to abandon such a delicate little girl on the road? This rich man just doesn't know how to appreciate his blessings.
The two men let Yang Shushu in. As soon as Yang Shushu entered the villa park, she turned a corner to avoid the security guard at the gate and began to look for the car.
She didn't know if she was too lucky, but before she had walked far, she saw the car parked at the door of a small white villa.
She didn't dare rush over immediately, but hid under a nearby tree and observed for a while. About ten minutes later, the car was still parked there, and the villa door was quiet.
Could it be that the person has been taken to the villa?
She decided to go closer to take a look. Just as she took a step forward, she thought for a moment, picked up her cell phone, tapped the drum a few times on it, then put it in her pocket and walked towards the villa with her back bent.
The white car happened to be parked in front of the main entrance of the villa. She took advantage of the nearby flowers, plants and trees to block her way and crawled to the side of the car. Fortunately, there were not many residents here and no one saw her series of actions.
She first leaned over the car window and looked inside, and found that there was no one inside, but she saw a coat, which seemed to be the one worn by the person who was just taken away. Now the person should have been moved into the villa.
She crouched down and walked around the car to the door of the villa. The door of the villa was not locked and seemed to be ajar. She crouched down and looked inside through the gap. The garden inside was quite clean and it looked like someone lived here.
Yang Shushu was a little puzzled. If someone was to be kidnapped, shouldn't they be taken to a deserted area? If they were kidnapped to their own place, once discovered, it would be irrefutable evidence, right?
She looked at the door for a while, thought about it, and did not go in through the main gate. Instead, she crouched down and followed the low wall next to her and went around to the back of the villa.
When she was crouching down, she didn't notice that a corner of the curtained window on the second floor of the villa was opened, revealing a pair of eyes.
The only exposed eyes glowed faintly, not brightly, but more like a force 10 north wind blowing in the air of minus 30 degrees Celsius in winter, freezing the bones but sweeping everything madly.
"Hengheng, I underestimated her. Those little hooligans were actually useless, hehe... You said you had nothing to do with her, but look, look, she followed me here just to save you."
A room on the second floor was dimly lit, with a faint smell wafting through the air, making people feel inexplicably oppressed and drowsy.
A figure was leaning on the sofa, and he slowly moved when he heard the sound. However, no matter how he struggled, he could only sit there and move his arms slightly, and he couldn't even raise his arms.
The person at the window slowly walked up to him, squatted down, and reached out to gently stroke his face: "Hengheng, don't worry. When she comes, I will bring her to see you for the last time. Then we will go to a place where there is no one and be together forever. That way, no one will snatch you away from me."
As the man spoke, he took the hand of the person on the sofa and gently kissed him. The kiss was as pious as if he was worshiping a god.
But the person on the sofa suddenly began to tremble violently. It was not known whether he was angry or scared, but apart from a slight choking sound, he could not make any other sound.
The man laughed, seeming particularly happy: "Hengheng, don't be afraid, don't you like her very much? Let her come to see you, okay?"
As he spoke, he suddenly stood up and turned around in front of the sofa. "You like her, you like her, you actually like her so much that she can summon you with just one call, and so quickly. Are you always by her side? Waiting for her to summon you at any time? Hahaha, are you her knight? Always available? But I wrote you so many letters, handwritten and electronic, and you never replied to me once. Even at the fan meeting, you didn't even look at me. Why? Why do they get your smile, your attention? Even your heart, your love? I've been looking at you, always looking at you, for so many years, but you don't even give me a glance, hehe...hahaha...you like looking at them, don't you? Then I will make them all disappear, disappear!"
The man was walking back and forth on the sofa, pulling his hair and clothes, as if he had gone mad.
The person sprawled on the sofa struggled hard, but couldn't move. Suddenly, he stopped yelling. He had been shouting just now, but for some reason, he raised his index finger to the person on the sofa, silencing them. His voice became gentler: "Shh! Hengheng, she's coming up."
In the dim light, the pupils of the person on the sofa shrank, and the person standing in front of him suddenly fell to the ground and slid under the solid wood coffee table opposite him.
At this moment, there was a very light and slow sound of footsteps outside the door.
Judging from the footsteps, the person coming up was very cautious, but the floor here was not carpet, so no matter how lightly they walked, the sound could still be heard. The person on the sofa kept trying to struggle his body, but still could not move at all. He wanted to open his mouth and shout to alert the people outside, but no matter how hard he tried to make a sound, it seemed as if there was an invisible force blocking his throat.
The man on the sofa was almost going crazy with anxiety, but he was powerless. No matter how he struggled, he couldn't move his body at all. He could only watch as the door was opened from the outside. A ray of light slowly shone on the wall in front of him. He saw a thin figure reflected on the wall. At that moment, he had forgotten to breathe.
……………………
Yang Shushu had already searched several rooms downstairs. This was the one she found. When she opened the door, she smelled a special smell. It was not particularly unpleasant, but it made people inexplicably uncomfortable.
She stood at the door and did not come in immediately. She looked around the room warily. She had not seen anyone since she came in. She began to wonder if the person had been taken somewhere else, or if there was a basement in the villa, or even worse, if someone was secretly watching her in the dark.
The first two are okay, but the last possibility is the scariest.
Yang Shushu held the door handle. She was not afraid, but she had already come here, and it seemed unwilling to go back halfway.
She glanced across the room. The layout was actually quite simple. It should be a study. There was a desk and two bookshelves against the wall next to the desk. There were not many books on the shelves. In front of the left side of the desk, there was a row of sofas, one long and two short. The long one was facing the door.
