Instantly, an indescribable look of embarrassment crossed Su Rong's face. He knew that Chuchu was clearly resistant to him at the moment, let alone willing to go to any family gatherings with him. Recalling the scene after her encounter with Ding Xiaoyang yesterday, Chuchu's mood was noticeably lower, and her smile seemed to be shrouded in a faint haze.
On the other end of the phone, Aunt Sun Li's voice came through the receiver, with a bit of anticipation and enthusiasm: "Xiao Rong, why don't you speak? Is the signal bad?" Her tone was full of longing for the upcoming reunion, which made Su Rong feel even more reluctant.

Chu Chu quickly locked the door and walked towards the elevator, feeling a little annoyed with Su Rong's pestering. But just as she was about to step into the elevator, a thought suddenly flashed through her mind - Su Rong was just Su Rong, not the real Rong Lin.
She shook her head and smiled self-deprecatingly, thinking that she was overthinking it.
However, since she had already decided to leave, she simply turned around and walked back into the apartment. With a thought, she cast a spell and instantly crossed the boundary between the mortal world and the heavenly realm and arrived in the familiar heavenly realm.
The heavens remained a scene of tranquility and peace, a stark contrast to the mortal realm, which calmed Chuchu's mood somewhat. She found Rong Lin's study with ease, only to find him seated at his desk, absorbed in his pile of official business. Upon seeing Chuchu arrive, Rong Lin raised his head and smiled, a smile that seemed to dispel all the gloom in the world.
"What's wrong? You have a frown on your face. Have you been in the human world for too long and started to have troubles with your emotions?" Rong Lin's voice was gentle and deep, as if he could see through people's hearts.
Chu Chu sighed and sat on the empty chair opposite Rong Lin, leaning back slightly, looking a little tired.
"The human world is truly boring, fragile, and prone to looking for trouble. Especially when it comes to certain things, they insist on getting to the bottom of them, asking questions that leave people feeling upset."
Rong Lin chuckled when he heard this, as if he had already seen through her troubles. "What did I ask you? Why is it so difficult for you to speak?"
Chu Chu was depressed, "He asked me if I was a ghost or a god?"
Rong Lin seemed to understand something. "It's an unanswerable question. You've always been honest and don't want to lie, but you can't tell him directly, so you're distressed, right?"
Chu Chu curled her lips. Even though her thoughts were hit, she still said stubbornly, "No, I just feel bored."
Rong Lin's smile became even gentler. "Then why did you come to see me? You didn't come here just to complain to me about humans, did you?"
Chuchu thought about it and found an excuse that didn't sound too boring: "It's the weekend, and I have nothing to do, so I thought about walking around. I was also thinking about going to the Demon Realm to see Ye Xuan. She seems to be researching some new things recently."
Rong Lin nodded slightly, and then with a wave of his hand, a cup of steaming hot tea appeared in front of Chu Chu: "You are always like this, liking to drink those strange and bizarre things. You almost forgot about tea."
