Chuchu gently crossed the border between the demonic and human realms, reentering the familiar yet unfamiliar human world. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, dappling onto her shoulders, bringing a touch of warmth as if welcoming her back. She took a deep breath of the fresh air, feeling the tranquility and harmony of the human world. Her longing for home grew stronger.
Chuchu once again stepped into the familiar apartment building, her steps brisk and firm. However, as she pushed open the door and prepared to step into the elevator, an unexpected figure appeared in her sight—Su Rong.
