Chapter 493 Marriage is Real

Chuchu covered Gu Sa's mouth with her hand, her eyes filled with panic and shyness, "No way. Just yesterday..." There was something unspoken in her words, and it was obvious that she still found it difficult to talk about what happened last night.

Seeing this, Gu Sa raised a playful smile. She gently removed Chu Chu's hand and looked at her with a hint of ridicule, "Chu Chu, have you really thought it through?"

Rong Lin, standing nearby, had a subtle hint of amusement in his eyes. He found the right moment to interrupt, his voice tinged with chill, "Miss Gu, besides the miscarriage, did you also suffer a brain injury?" Rong Lin's words were cold, but there was a hint of teasing in his tone, clearly amused by Gu Sa's bluntness.

Gu Sa reacted very quickly. She instantly heard the sarcasm in Rong Lin's words and frowned, "What is your relationship with Chu Chu? Why are you in the hospital together?" Her eyes were full of confusion and vigilance. She was obviously puzzled and wary of Rong Lin's appearance.

Rong Lin was unhurried, his eyebrows slightly raised, a playful smile on his lips. Gu Sa continued, "Mr. Rong, you are the uncle of that scumbag Rong Junhao. Are you trying to get promoted now?"

During the long wait, Rong Lin didn't answer Gu Sa's question right away. He stood there leisurely, as if everything was under his control. Chu Chu was secretly surprised. She didn't expect Rong Lin to be so calm and composed.

Gu Sa stared at Rong Lin's almost perfect face, not missing any subtle expression on his face. She wanted to know what this man was planning. Rong Lin smiled indifferently, and deliberately slowed down his tone, "Chu Chu and I... are getting married."

"Nonsense!" This was Gu Sa's first reaction. She couldn't believe her ears. How could Chu Chu marry this man? She and Rong Lin were like two parallel lines that would never intersect.

Rong Lin's dark eyes were full of seriousness, without a trace of teasing or joking: "I don't have the habit of talking nonsense." His voice was low and firm, and every word sounded like a promise from the bottom of his heart.

Gu Sa didn't believe it at all, "I won't believe it unless you are all crazy." She shook her head, trying to free herself from this ridiculous idea.

But Rong Lin's next words shocked her even more.

Rong Lin suddenly became serious. He put away the playful and teasing look on his face and returned to his noble and domineering nature: "It doesn't matter if you don't believe me. We are getting married anyway."

Chu Chu looked at the tug-of-war between the two and felt a little tired.

She didn't want to continue this topic, so she said, "Just stay here for a few days and don't run around. Sasa, after this incident, you can't be willful anymore." There was a bit of helplessness and pampering in her tone, and it was obvious that she was a little troubled by Gu Sa's willfulness.

Gu Sa lowered her eyes and nodded. She understood Chuchu's good intentions and knew that she had indeed gone a little too far this time. But she couldn't help but feel curious and puzzled about Rong Lin and Chuchu's marriage.

Chu Chu looked at Rong Lin and found that Rong Lin had no intention of leaving. "Mr. Rong, are you okay at the hospital?"

Rong Lin glanced at Gu Sa, a barely perceptible smile curling up his lips. "Not really. I'm very healthy." He changed the subject, "You just heard that your friends don't seem to like me very much and have repeatedly questioned our relationship."

It's not like Chuchu didn't hear anything, but she didn't intend to explain. She sighed softly and said, "Let's go." Her tone was filled with a hint of helplessness and compromise.

Gu Sa looked at the backs of the two people as they were about to leave, and suddenly an inexplicable joy surged in his heart.

She was very happy: "Wait until I am discharged from the hospital. I will set off firecrackers for you. That's great, I understand, Chuchu, you have really let go of that scumbag!" Her voice was full of excitement and excitement, as if she was happy for Chuchu finally getting out of the shadows.

Chuchu nodded, "Yes, I've let it go." There was a sense of relief and determination in her tone, as if she was telling herself and everyone that she had completely let go of the past.

Gu Sa then asked, "So, you're planning on being the aunt of this scumbag? But, they're family, so maybe they also have scumbag genes?" Her words were filled with a hint of teasing and curiosity.

Chuchu smiled helplessly, "I don't know about that. But the marriage is real."
