This was the first time they had completed an outdoor mission so easily.
When the group returned to Hope Base, the guards were blankly cleaning up the severed limbs and broken bodies outside the city.

"You don't need to worry. Sister Gu can control seven winged membranous monsters at the same time. There's only one now, so it's impossible for it to go out of control."
Those who had been whispering amongst themselves earlier all put down their scoops of minced meat and rushed over, exclaiming in surprise.

Upon hearing this, everyone excitedly ran to Gu Mingyue, who was walking behind, startling her.
The group of people were looking at her with wary eyes just now, but suddenly they all surrounded her.
"Gu Yingxiong, what kind of superpower do you have? You can actually control seven winged membranous monsters. Are you a level three superpower expert?"
"Are level three ability users really that powerful? I think they're level four ability users!" they asked all at once.
"Where are there any Level 4 superpowered individuals these days? Don't talk nonsense. I think Gu Yingxiong's superpowered talent is just higher!"
"Gu Yingxiong, can I kick this monster too?" someone whispered.
Gu Mingyue held her forehead and looked to Xu Lanyue for help.
Unexpectedly, Xu Lanyue's eyes widened as she looked at the Level 3 Winged Membrane Monster with an eager urge to try her luck.
Amidst their expectant expressions, Gu Mingyue slowly said, "No, if you get injured, you'll get infected."
Although this winged membranous monster escorted them all the way, it was a bloodthirsty creature that had killed many humans before she mentally invaded them.
This group of level one and two ability users includes some ordinary people dressed in tattered clothes. If they were attacked by a level three winged membrane monster, even a minor scratch on their skin would immediately lead to infection and turn them into monsters.
Everyone was somewhat disappointed upon hearing Gu Mingyue's words, but they all expressed their understanding. Gu Mingyue was right; they were indeed much more 'fragile' in comparison.

As soon as Gu Mingyue locked the winged monster inside, researchers injected a non-lethal neurotoxin into the transparent cage and began testing it without stopping.
Seeing that the monster was properly locked up, Jiang Huaisheng looked at Gu Mingyue with great relief and led her out.
He thought to himself, "This girl is really something!"
Afterwards, disregarding the obstruction of the other party, they took out the prepared tanks, electromagnetic cannons, and other equipment as previously agreed upon in the deal.
