"Hmph!" Zou Shaoyun uttered a harsh word, then saw that Gu Mingyue and the other person wearing masks looked familiar. He paused for a moment, then boldly glared at them, wanting to mock them as cowardly rats who dared not reveal their true faces.
However, Gu Mingyue's gaze was too cold, as if she were looking at a dying person.
Zou Shaoyun felt increasingly familiar with those eyes, as if they were genuinely afraid of them. Without uttering any harsh words, he fled from the area almost in a panic.
