Chapter 60 New Members of the Giant Bear

These evolved monsters have lost the pustules on their skin, and their skin has become smooth, exhibiting a hippopotamus-like grayish complexion.

Some became more robust, with strong muscle lines appearing, and their height increased to three meters, their mouths wide enough to swallow a basketball whole.

Some monsters grew long and slender, their long limbs dangling to the ground, their five fingers forming claws. They swiftly dodged attacks from other monsters, crawling rapidly through the cave like four-legged spiders scaling the uneven rock walls to reach the top of other monsters' heads, thus avoiding being devoured.

Some monsters imitate animal reproductive behaviors with vigorous movements, but they can't quite grasp the essence, rubbing against each other regardless of whether the other is male or female.

This is a terrifying monster evolution and breeding base!

After discovering that humans were not easy to deal with, they spontaneously gathered together and rapidly leveled up by killing each other, planning to return to human settlements with overwhelming strength once they had successfully leveled up.

An atmosphere of fear filled the entire valley.

"Haha, so many crystal cores! This place is truly a paradise. Xiaoming, let's find a secluded spot to hide and not disturb them."

With a smile in her eyes, Gu Mingyue led Shen Ming and the little pets to find a place to hide. They could level up by finding traces of monsters. She was invincible in the Black Domain, and even if she couldn't win, she could escape unscathed.

Watching the monsters continuously pouring into the cave entrance, a pang of regret welled up in her heart.

What a wonderful monster cave!

There must be thousands of monsters inside and out here, but unfortunately she has neither high-tech cannons nor a group of loyal subordinates, so it is obviously unrealistic to think that she can take all of them away.

The only way to satisfy your cravings is to secretly catch a few monsters from the outer perimeter without alerting the high-level monsters inside!

The crow monster, which was circling low in the air, wanted to fly in to join the fun, but Gu Mingyue caught it in a net and held it in the air.

"Little monster, you don't even know what kind of crazy scene is in there, yet you dare to go in. Aren't you afraid of being devoured alive?"

The crow monster let out a few hoarse cries from inside the net, blaming its controller for blocking its path to advancement.

After being given a cold look by Gu Mingyue, it obediently closed its mouth and stopped making a sound, and was then tossed into Shen Ming's arms.

Near the cave, hundreds of monsters wandered aimlessly, appearing every five hundred meters. They seemed to walk without any order, but this was actually the monsters' own patrol method.

Approaching rashly may trigger their unknown, wary roars.

Gu Mingyue looked around with binoculars and found an air-raid shelter hidden by vines and withered grass. She walked over quietly and took out a flashlight to shine inside.

Under the white light, a giant animal with black fur turned around, its eyes half-closed.

Awakened by the light, the giant monster let out a heavy roar and ran towards the source of the light.

Bang!

Each of its four feet was 1.8 meters tall, and when it ran, it looked like a mountain of flesh, seemingly weighing a ton and a half, with huge footprints sinking deep into the mud.

The invasion of their peaceful cave angered the giant bear, which slapped its massive paws and charged at the group.

If that slap were delivered to someone, they would definitely turn into minced meat.

Gu Mingyue pushed Shen Ming away, dodging the black bear's giant paw.

He took out a compound crossbow from his backpack and started firing at the giant bear. The black bear had been enhanced and had thick skin. It bled a little but was not fatally wounded, which enraged it even more.

Standing upright, he pressed down on Gu Mingyue with his five-meter height, while simultaneously opening his mouth wide as if to swallow her whole.

This wretched two-legged creature dared to bully it with arrows; it will surely devour it and turn it into nourishment for its body.

Gu Mingyue quickly retreated a few steps to leave the attack range. Seeing that the giant bear was about to harm Gu Mingyue, the little wolves were not to be trifled with either. The little wolves took the lead in circling behind it and spitting out a fireball that set its tail on fire. The fur was ignited and emitted a burnt smell. The black bear turned around in a sorry state and patted the fire.

The hedgehogs followed the direction it turned its head and fired their quills at its eyes.

The mice climbed onto the bear's body, pried open the thick fur with their claws, and began to bite repeatedly. Normally, biting through wire would not be a problem, and the mice quickly made holes in the bear's thick skin.

Although Shen Ming was only eight years old, he was a superhuman and already possessed the strength of an ordinary adult. His small figure moved nimbly and he managed to launch several sneak attacks on the behemoth.

A dozen or so little creatures worked together to injure and bite the black bear, quickly leaving it with several bloody gashes, its body covered in thorns, and its eyes unable to open.

Three kilometers outside the air-raid shelter were all sorts of alien monsters. If they made some noise and attracted a monster horde, they wouldn't need to steal the crystal cores anymore. Gu Mingyue's eyes flashed coldly as she decided to finish the battle quickly.

He released his mental domain, concentrated his mental energy in one place, and was about to give this level one mutated black bear a mental piercing.

Then came the sound of sobbing. The enormous creature, which was at least five meters tall when it stood up, covered its face with both hands and cried out in a pathetic manner!

It sensed an extremely dangerous energy emanating from the woman by the cave, a sense of crisis a hundred times greater than that of the dozen or so little creatures that had harmed it, giving it a feeling that it was truly going to die.

The giant bear blinked and shed tears.

He immediately slid down to his knees in front of Gu Mingyue, his huge head banging on the ground like a human, his hands clasped together, displaying a very pathetic and cowardly appearance!

"..."

Gu Mingyue eventually withdrew her superpower. She admired the black bear's formidable fighting ability, so she canceled the little wolf's chance to invade the mind and used a strand of hair to invade the black bear's brain.

Then, amidst the black bear's aggrieved and tearful complaint, the golden bears that were digging holes in its body were pulled out.
