Li Mo suddenly raised his eyes, staring at the amber eyes.
"What do you think?" Amber eyes smiled evilly.
"I suggest you stay in your own territory and mind your own business. We should keep our distance from each other. Otherwise..."
By the time Li Mo pulled out his gun, the amber eyes had disappeared.

Huo Mansion
A black Rolls-Royce stopped at the door, and Uncle Ming respectfully opened the back door.
"Uncle Ming, is Xiaojiu at home?" The first thing Huo Shen said to Uncle Ming when he got home was to ask about Lin Jiu.
"Ms. Lin Jiu has been in the room and has not left."
"In the room?" Huo Shen didn't believe that Lin Jiu could be so obedient and stay in the room all the time.
He got out of the car immediately, quickly walked up the spiral staircase, and went straight to Lin Jiu's room.
The corridor and the room were strangely quiet, with only Huo Shen's own breathing as the sound.
He pushed the door open fiercely and saw Lin Jiu sitting quietly at the desk reading a book.
Huo Shen walked over gently and stood behind Lin Jiu, staring at the book in her hand.
"Sophie's World, are you reading philosophy?" A hint of surprise flashed across Huo Shen's eyes. Even though Lin Jiu won the national top scorer, in Huo Shen's eyes, her image as a poor student was already set. "Have you never left the house?"
"It's raining. I don't want to move when it rains." Lin Jiu continued to read seriously.
Huo took a deep breath and smelled the smell of hot pot. He half-closed his eyes and asked, "What are we having for dinner?"
"Hot pot." Lin Jiu pointed to the self-heating pot on the table next to him. "It's too spicy. I didn't finish it."
"We have food at home, why do you want to eat a self-heating pot? Did you go out and buy it?" Huo Shen seemed to be testing Lin Jiu with every word.
"Takeout." Lin Jiu glanced at the takeout plastic bag on the ground. "But don't worry, the takeout didn't come into the house. I asked the gardener to bring it up for me. Don't blame him, otherwise everyone will dislike me."
After Lin Jiu finished speaking, he slowly turned around and looked at Huo Shen, with traces of hot pot chili still remaining at the corners of his mouth.
"Mr. Huo, thank you for taking care of me during this time, and thank you for sending me to the Imperial Capital. I have contacted Imperial Capital University. Students who register early can board at the school, so I am going to school now."
Boarding?
A hint of disappointment flashed across Huo Shen's face.
Lin Jiu handed a beautifully packaged pink box to Huo Shen and said, "This is for you. Open it tonight."
Huo Shen leaned over, supported himself on the edge of the table with both hands, and circled Lin Jiu in front of him.
"There's still more than a month before school starts, and the school environment is definitely not as good as home." He raised the corners of his lips, "I'll ask Uncle Ming to add another lock to your room. Is that okay?"
Lin Jiu shook his head. "I've already made an agreement with the school. Going back on our word on our first meeting will leave a bad impression."
Huo Shen held Lin Jiu's shoulders and said with concern, "It's raining today. Can you go to school to board when the weather clears up?"
Lin Jiu felt that if she didn't agree to Huo Shen today, he would keep finding various reasons to obstruct her, and probably wouldn't let her go out until dawn.
"Okay." Lin Jiu pointed at the pink box, "It must be opened when I'm not around."
"Promise." Huo Shen reached out and touched Lin Jiu's head, "I want to eat hot pot, too."
"There's just a little left, if you don't mind." Lin Jiu glanced at the unfinished self-heating pot next to him.
"I don't mind." After Huo Shen finished speaking, he suddenly held Lin Jiu's chin and kissed her lips which were red from the spiciness.
Lin Jiu opened his eyes wide before he realized what the man meant when he said he wanted to eat hot pot.
She reached out and grabbed Huo Shen's strong arm, and her breath was quickly taken away.
Huo Shen pushed Lin Jiu onto the soft big bed.
