Lin Jiu walked into the cell, ignoring the people behind him, and went straight to the desk.
Lu Liren, who came in later, quietly locked the door and took out a scalpel with his right hand.
He stared at Lin Jiu's fair neck and slowly raised his hand.
Suddenly, he saw what seemed to be some hand-painted pattern on the water cup in Lin Jiu's hand.
Lu Liren opened his eyes wide. It was a map, a map of NW Prison.
"You...you are here?"

"Are you asking for favors, or threatening me? If you want me to take you with me, then do something. I have some data that needs to be measured on the wind platform on the sea. Go ahead."
"The ventilation platform is only accessible on Mondays, so we'll have to wait a week before we can go again."
"I can't wait any longer. You can try to earn some merit and request to go up there for some fresh air." Lin Jiu patted Lu Liren's shoulder. "If you can't even do that, how can you expect me to take you out? To be honest, everyone here wants to get out."
Lin Jiu picked up the water cup with the map on it and walked out of the cell. He stopped at the door and said, "Remember to take your scalpel with you. It's made of metal. Leaving it here will implicate me."

So he just hid the scalpel on a minor character and reported him for escaping from prison.
The warden actually believed it.
Lu Liren suggested going up to the platform to get some fresh air and enjoy the scenery, and the warden agreed.
