Chapter 57 Shen Shijie
"Are you the person that Wang said he wanted to introduce me to?"
In the dim light, a man's voice sounded in the box.
Lu Shinian turned around and saw a man who looked to be less than 30 years old, smoking a cigarette and crossing his legs, looking at him with sidelong eyes.
The man in front of him was wearing a silver-gray suit that didn't quite match his temperament.
He has a handsome face, delicate features and wears a pair of glasses on his nose. His sinister brows can be vaguely seen through the glasses.
Upon closer inspection, he actually looks somewhat similar to Shen Yuan.
Shen Shijie looked at Lu Shinian with doubt in his eyes, as if he was questioning whether Lu Shinian, at such a young age, had the ability to warrant him personally showing up.
"I heard that you want the land on Huainan Road in Jiang City?"
Lu Shinian understood that no matter how many beautiful words he said, they would not be as useful as what he held in his hand, so he went straight to the point.
"That piece of land is in your hands?!"
Shen Shijie suddenly put down his crossed legs, stared at Lu Shinian, put away his initial nonchalant attitude, and spoke loudly.
"You could say that."
Lu Shinian looked up at the excited Shen Shijie calmly, and realized that this piece of land was more important to him than Lu Shinian expected.

The other one was placed aside, and judging by the outline of the contents, it didn't look like something made of paper.
"Sign it if you have no problem. I have prepared the things for you."
Shen Shijie winked at the waiter waiting on the side.
The waiter immediately understood, handed Lu Shinian a pen, and walked out of the room.
A deal worth 75 million, all wrapped up in these few thin pages.
Even though Lu Shinian had experienced many storms in his previous life, he couldn't help but feel his heart beating a little faster.
After a pause and calming down, he carefully looked through the documents in his hand.
About two minutes later, after Lu Shinian confirmed again and again that there was no problem with the contract, he raised his hand, signed his name on the contract, and handed it to the man in front of him.
Seeing that he had no questions, Shen Shijie took the contract and signed his name neatly next to Lu Shinian's name.
In duplicate, one copy for each person.
"What you want."
Shen Shijie pushed another file bag placed next to him in front of him.
He raised his eyebrows and looked Lu Shinian up and down for two seconds, then said in a rather joking tone: “I can’t believe you’re so happy at such a young age.”
Seeing this, Lu Shinian just pursed his lips and did not argue or explain.
In Shen Shijie's eyes, this was regarded as acquiescence, and he thought that he was embarrassed because he was young.
He patted Lu Shinian's shoulder and said in a tone of an experienced person: "Don't worry, I'm not laughing at you. After all, it feels like using that on a disobedient prey..."

Lu Shinian lowered his eyes with disgust in his eyes. He pretended to be embarrassed to talk about this topic and smiled at Shen Shijie.
"Next time I have some good stuff to save for you?"
Shen Shijie smiled ambiguously, staring at Lu Shinian's face with burning eyes. If he didn't dislike this person, he would have wanted to hold him in his arms and 'love' him.
Lu Shinian met his gaze, frowned slightly, turned his head away and looked away calmly.
He stepped aside, picked up the contract and the medicine in the document bag, opened them and checked them roughly. After confirming that there were no problems, the transaction was completed.
As for the 75 million, it was transferred into his account the moment Lu Shinian signed and stopped writing.
