Shen Xianjun wanted to give up several times, but he persevered by biting the tip of his pen. Suddenly, he heard unusual footsteps outside the window, and Shen Xianjun stopped writing.

Da Bao tripped over something and fell. Hu Zhenghao quickly went to help him up, made a shushing gesture, and told Er Bao to be careful. Seeing that his two younger brothers had walked over safely, Hu Zhenghao breathed a sigh of relief and reached out to touch the windowsill to peek out.
Shen Xianjun, arms crossed, stared intently, his eyes meeting Hu Zhenghao's. He watched as Hu Zhenghao's expression shifted from excitement to shock, his mouth agape before he covered it tightly with his hand.
"What's wrong with my brother?"
Da Bao found Hu Zhenghao's actions very strange and couldn't help but ask out of curiosity.
"dad."
Erbao pointed to Shen Xianjun in the window, and Dabao looked up as well.
"dad!"
Da Bao was excited at first, then reached out and tugged at Hu Zhenghao.
"Brother, it's Dad! Dad's watching us!"
Da Bao was completely unaware of what was going on, while Hu Zhenghao, feeling guilty for being caught red-handed, forced a smile.
"Uncle, I'm playing hide-and-seek with my two younger brothers."
I think my uncle can believe me.
"Huh? Didn't my brother say..."
Da Bao tilted his head to look at Hu Zhenghao, and then his mouth was covered.
"Let's go, let's keep playing. We'll be spotted here, it's not a good place to play hide-and-seek."

Da Bao was curious.
"The adults found out. Adults are wicked. If they find a kid peeping at them, they'll always find some excuse to give you a good beating. So next time something like this happens, run away if you can, understand?"
Hu Zhenghao spoke with an air of profound experience.
"Forget it, you're still young. You'll understand in a couple of years. Right now, adults can't bear to hit you. It's so good to be young!"
Hu Zhenghao couldn't help but sigh with envy.
"Yes, they're young and don't have to do homework," Hu Zhenghao suddenly realized.
