Chapter 19: Continue Stockpiling!

Time flies, and it's already May 19th. Ten days have passed since Xia He was reborn and woke up. Today is the 11th day since her rebirth, but Xia He still has a lot of stockpiling items to complete.

Xia He planned to stock up on power generation equipment today. After getting up in the morning, she first went to a breakfast shop and bought a bunch of stuff, then rushed to the generator factory. Currently, the most commonly used household power generation devices in China are solar generators, wind generators, and diesel generators. Xia He directly purchased 200 sets of solar generators, 200 silent high-power diesel generators, and 200 wind generators.

Although Xia He's post-apocalyptic fortress was equipped with solar power generation facilities, who could guarantee that the things from before wouldn't break down in the long years to come? So, adhering to the principle of not letting go of any mistakes, Xia He decided to get a little bit of everything, not only not just a little bit, but also in huge quantities.

Xia He would rather buy duplicates than miss any item!

But food is the most important thing in the world, and Xia He is lazy and doesn't like to cook, so she prefers that food be prepared in advance. Ordering from one shop to another is too troublesome, so Xia He decided to go to a restaurant today! Restaurants cater to banquets, so the portions are particularly large.

Xia He first went to Xiao Rongtian and said directly, "Give me 20 tables of 1299 yuan banquets, 20 tables of 1599 yuan banquets, and 20 tables of 1999 yuan banquets. All of them need to be packed up and picked up at noon." At the restaurant, there would be no staff to confirm the number of meals with Xia He, because the restaurant already had a lot of reservations.

Although Xia He had a stockpile list, she was impulsive and did whatever came to mind, so the order in which she bought supplies was very chaotic.

After leaving Xiao Rongtian, Xia He went to Qiannian Shenchu. Looking at the menu, Xia He recited something similar: "20 tables of 899 yuan banquets, 20 tables of 1399 yuan banquets, and 20 tables of 1699 yuan banquets. All to go, I'll pick them up at noon." Xia He then visited several restaurants. After confirming the number of tables had reached several hundred, it was already lunchtime. Xia He chose the last restaurant, sat down, and leisurely finished her meal.

Then she leisurely went to the restaurants where she had initially made reservations and began receiving orders from each one. After that, Xia He put the restaurant list aside for the time being.

In the afternoon, Xia He first went home to check on the dog, and then took the two little ones out. Xia He planned to stock up on some household items that afternoon, such as blankets, quilts, summer blankets, mats, pillows, bedding sets... and even shelves, tables, chairs, TVs, projectors, dance machines... Xia He bought everything that could be in the house, left the warehouse address, and then left with the two little ones.

After buying her things, Xia He started running around to different restaurants to pick up the meals she had ordered. Each time she finished picking up a meal from a restaurant, she would put a checkmark in her little notebook.

After dropping the two little ones off at home, Xia He changed into the truck she had rented the day before and headed to the warehouse. Xia He saw that the warehouse was guarded by two young men she didn't recognize. After Xia He got out of the truck, one of the young men, who was wearing gold-rimmed glasses and had a slightly quiet appearance, stepped forward and said, "Hello, you must be Miss Xia. I am Zhao Village Chief's son. My name is Zhao Zhiqing. You can call me Xiao Zhao. This man next to me is my good brother, who is also from Fuqiang Village."

A slightly shorter, honest-looking young man standing next to Zhao Zhiqing said, "Hello, Miss Xia, my name is Zhang Dazhuang, you can call me Dazhuang." Xia He nodded in agreement, and then thanked them for their hard work, telling them to go home first, and that someone would stay here to watch over them for the rest of the time.

After watching them walk away, Xia He went into the warehouse and stored the goods that had arrived that day into her spatial storage. Then she drove the truck in and out several times, pretending to be busy, until it was completely dark before she went back.
