Chapter 203 Bombing Zombies

There were too many zombies, and they were right outside the base, pressing against the base's metal walls.

"Boss, there are still 20 helicopters in the base!" Hai Dong replied.

"Take these helicopters, divide them into groups of six, with two armed personnel and three ability users in each group. The ability users must have long-range attack capabilities. The remaining person will pilot the helicopter from the top of the base! We have a total of 35 helicopters!" Xiao Lin ordered.

Then, Xia He and Xiao Lin went directly to the top dome and released all the helicopters in the space. Xia He and Xiao Lin piloted the Green Dragon Crescent Blade and set off first.

Xiao Lin saw Ling Feng at the top. "Ling Feng, organize the people later. Xia He and I will set off first. Contact each other via communicator if anything happens!"

"Don't worry, boss!" Ling Feng replied.

"Remember, don't use weapons that are too powerful. Metal resources are scarce right now, and there isn't enough metal in the base to repair it! Concentrate your firepower on the zombies' heads!" Xiao Lin instructed anxiously.

"Once the firepower reaches the metal perimeter of the base, the zombies will be able to directly invade the interior of the base. At that time, the consequences will be unimaginable," Xiao Lin said to Xia He from the air.

After the two drove off from the top of the base, they couldn't help but feel a chill as they looked at the densely packed army of zombies from the air.

“Look, some of the zombies are still wearing green military uniforms! This means that there is a steady stream of survivors coming this way, but they are all dying at the hands of these zombies,” Xia He said with a furrowed brow.

In the night sky, the roar of helicopters pierced the heavens along with Xia He and Xiao Lin's Green Dragon Crescent Blade. They hovered in the air, looking down at the horde of zombies below, feeling the thick aura of death.

"Target clear, helicopters prepare in groups," Xiao Lin gave the order over the communicator.

Inside the base, groups of people quickly assembled. Each group consisted of two armed personnel to operate the weapons on the helicopter, three superhumans to provide long-range attacks, and a pilot to operate the helicopter.

The helicopters were neatly lined up in groups, a total of 35 helicopters parked in orderly rows on the top of the base. A night breeze blew, and a somber atmosphere enveloped the entire base.

"Start the engines and prepare for takeoff." The command came, and the roar of the helicopter engines echoed through the night sky.

Xia He and Xiao Lin took off first, followed by a group of helicopters hovering above the base. Their objective was to clear the zombies around the base and cut off the threat posed by these undead creatures.

"Xia He, let's focus our fire on the front of the zombie horde first, and make sure the area ahead is clear," Xiao Lin said in a deep voice.

"Okay." Xia He nodded, and with a sudden swing of her Green Dragon Crescent Blade, she charged towards the horde of zombies ahead, carrying powerful energy.

The helicopters also opened fire, unleashing a barrage of bullets like fireworks, relentlessly attacking the horde of zombies. Under the concentrated firepower, the zombies fell one after another, their heads shattered, rendering them incapable of further attacks.

Xia He and Xiao Lin swiftly traversed the air, carrying out an efficient cleanup operation. In the night sky, firelight flickered among the zombie figures, creating an eerie and gruesome scene.

"Be careful not to damage the base walls!" Xiao Lin warned again. He knew that if the metal outer wall was hit, zombies would quickly flood into the base, and the consequences would be unbearable.

Xia He and Xiao Lin launched precise attacks, minimizing damage to the base. The helicopter squadron also coordinated effectively, accurately striking the zombies and keeping them outside the base.

"There are too many! And there's a constant stream of zombies coming our way!" Ling Feng said into the communicator.

“At this rate, we’ll never be able to kill them all,” Xia He said.

Xia He watched as the zombies kept crashing into the base's metal walls, some of which were already dented in place.

“We need a more efficient method, otherwise the base’s defenses will be difficult to maintain if things continue like this,” Xiao Lin calmly analyzed the situation.

Xia He frowned slightly, then a thought suddenly occurred to her, and a glint of light flashed in her eyes. "Perhaps we can try guiding the zombie horde in a certain direction to relieve the pressure on the base."

"Guidance?" Xiao Lin asked, somewhat puzzled.

Xia He nodded, realizing she could use her flight skills to guide them. "I can use my flight skills to weave through the zombie horde, attract their attention, and then guide them in a specific direction."

Then, Xia He, carrying Xiao Lin, swooped down into the zombie horde, piloting the Green Dragon Crescent Blade. Starting from high above, she nimbly weaved through the zombies, while Xiao Lin followed behind, constantly launching attacks to draw the zombies' attention.

Meanwhile, the helicopters on the ground adjusted their firepower to avoid accidentally injuring Xia He. Armed personnel within the base also actively participated, attempting to guide the zombies in specific directions using sound and light.

Xia He skillfully weaved through the horde of zombies, constantly drawing their attention by manipulating the Green Dragon Crescent Blade.

In an instant, the zombie horde began to concentrate in the direction Xia He had guided, surging towards that place.

"Looks like it worked," Xia He said. Xiao Lin nodded in agreement, then picked up the communicator. "Professor Fu, control the base and move towards the oil field. We need to solve the base's energy problem first!"

Xia He and Xiao Ling watched as the base slowly rose from the ground and then gradually moved towards the oil field.

Attracted by the commotion at the base, some of the zombies quickly moved towards the machines.

One of the pillars in the base was surrounded by zombies and became unable to move. It looked like it was about to lose its balance and the base was about to fall forward!

The base now resembled a massive sphere plus a hemisphere! Leaning straight forward, it looked like a gigantic, obese person!
