Xia He responded swiftly, wielding her Green Dragon Crescent Blade to slash at the tree branch. However, the branches of this mutated plant were unusually agile, sometimes dodging and sometimes striking swiftly, clearly different from the giant mutated plant she had encountered before.
"Be careful, this thing is even more cunning than the previous one!" Xia He warned.

However, the mutated plant seemed to have some immunity to spiritual power; the branch remained agile and unaffected by the attack.
A fierce battle unfolded between the two in the corridor, with them dodging and counterattacking at different times. The branches of the mutated plant sometimes entangled and sometimes lashed out, putting considerable pressure on Xia He and Xiao Lin.
Xia He suddenly noticed that the branches of this mutated plant were also covered with structures similar to crystal spikes. Although they were not as hard as the previous mutated plant, they were still enough to defend against their attacks.

At this moment, Xiao Lin seized the opportunity to unleash a spiritual attack, directly striking the mutated plant's weak point. The mutated plant emitted a loud bang, and its entire branch snapped off instantly, falling to the ground.
However, just as the branch snapped, it recovered at a speed visible to the naked eye in Xia He and Xiao Lin's eyes, and new branches grew back. The two of them couldn't dodge in time, and the branches instantly wrapped around Xia He and Xiao Lin!

Xiao Lin exuded spiritual power, trying to break free from the branches with his strength, but the mutated plant seemed to have a certain immunity to spiritual power, making his efforts quite difficult.

"Let's go!" Xia He pulled Xiao Lin, and the two quickly rushed out of the trapped area, avoiding the entanglement of the mutated plants.
They hurriedly fled deeper into the corridor, but as time passed, Xia He and Xiao Lin gradually discovered that there were more and more mutated plants in the corridor. The vines on the walls mutated into huge tentacles and attacked them, while the vines on the ground grew rapidly as if they were alive, creating a difficult situation.
