The next morning, Xia He took out the human skin mask she had bought earlier from her spatial storage. After much deliberation, she chose a very ordinary-looking girl's face—the kind of face that would blend into a crowd and go unnoticed at first glance. The human skin mask concealed Xia He's delicate features. She then put on a short black wig; Xia He's natural hair was brown and almost reached her waist.
Then, thinking that today was for buying weapons, she couldn't lose in terms of presence and charisma, so she chose a tight leather jacket and pants, and put on an unusually glamorous makeup on the human skin mask. The exaggerated false eyelashes paired with bright red lipstick gave her otherwise ordinary face a touch of evil charm and arrogance.
After leaving the hotel, I put on a mask, went to a secluded spot, took out the small van I had rented earlier, and headed to the agreed-upon café. The café was very large, with a typical Saudi Arabian style—white and gold with ostentatious embellishments, exuding a lavish feel. The café was bustling with people. Many Saudi women wore white headscarves, completely covering themselves from head to toe, with only their eyes showing. Men typically wore white hats, white shirts, and white trousers, while some wore long white robes. Some men also opted to completely cover themselves with white headscarves.
Xia He thought the middleman she met today would also be dressed like everyone else in Saudi Arabia, but she didn't expect that the person who came was actually the flight attendant from yesterday's flight, that blond-haired, blue-eyed guy!
The blond-haired, blue-eyed man noticed Xia He's Asian appearance and asked her nationality. Upon learning she was Chinese, he began speaking fluent Mandarin with her. During their conversation, Xia He learned that the man's name was Adam, that he was of mixed Chinese and Saudi Arabian descent, could speak Mandarin, and frequently traveled between the two countries for arms dealing.
After Adam found out Xia He's background, he asked her what kind of weapon she needed. Xia He didn't actually know much about firearms, but after watching so many movies, TV series, and novels, she could still say a few things.
"Give me 20 AK47s, equipped with silencers; 20 Divine Eagle Gun Model 408s; 20 M580s, equipped with scopes; 20 Divine Fire submachine guns, each with 5 gun holsters..." As Xia He rattled off the various gun models like a menu, Adam was stunned, but he couldn't show it on his face. He could only say in a deep voice, "Madam, the number of guns you ordered is quite large. I can take you directly to meet with my boss."
Xia He got into the car with Adam. Xia He didn't drive her truck away because she thought that driving a truck would be too conspicuous. If things went wrong, she could still make an escape, since there was a Wuling van in her space.
Xia He sat in Adam's car, which turned left and right, eventually entering an alley. They arrived at a door inlaid with black, withered bones. Adam then opened the car door for Xia He and invited her to get out.
The style of the entire alley is unlike the mainstream style of the Saudi Arabian Kingdom. It is mainly black and gray, but the pillars on the walls still have exaggerated reliefs. However, the reliefs here look more ferocious, and under the overall atmosphere, they appear somewhat terrifying.
However, Xia He was not afraid. After all, she had experienced the hellish ordeal of cannibalism in her previous life, so she could not feel any fear when she saw what was in front of her. With a cold look, she gestured for Adam to lead the way and followed Adam into the door with the black skull. The interior decoration style was dark, and the room was lit with dim yellow light. Only the outline of the room could be vaguely seen, and it was impossible to see clearly after looking closely.
Xia He even wondered if staying in this room for a long time would damage her eyesight.
Next, Xia He saw a man with a fierce expression and a strong physique. The man had a hideous scar at the corner of his eye, which made his already fierce face look even more bloodthirsty.
The man spoke Saudi Arabian, and Xia He also spoke the language, though not fluently, but still enough for basic communication. After Xia He stated her needs, the man had his men take her to the warehouse, saying, "Madam, the goods you requested will take time. We have these in stock. If you're not in a hurry, you can wait a while. We'll notify you when the goods arrive. If you're in a rush, you can choose some from our stock."
