Chapter 336 Hong Ling was sold to the mountains

Hong Ling quickly said, "Sister, I've never been far away, and I'm afraid I won't be able to find the place.

I'd better go with you."

Sister Wu agreed, "Okay, then we'll have a companion together."

Hong Ling smiled brightly, and Sister Wu said, "Hong Ling, I think you should not tell anyone else.

I'm worried that if Ding Zhaolong hears about this, he won't let you go."

Hong Ling covered her mouth and smiled, "Okay, this is something only God, the earth, you and I know."

A few days later, Hong Ling quietly quit her job and followed Sister Wu to go to the south to work and earn big money.

After two days and two nights, the train stopped in a valley. Only Sister Wu and Hong Ling got off at this station.

Hong Ling looked at the rolling hills and said, "Sister Wu, the air here is quite good."

Sister Wu smiled and said, "As long as you like it."

An old man drove over in an ox cart.

Sister Wu called out enthusiastically, "Uncle Kui."

The old man was babbling in a dialect that Hong Ling couldn't understand, and Sister Wu also started speaking in dialect.

The two climbed onto the oxcart. Sister Wu pointed to the distant mountain and said, "Hong Ling, the oxcart can only go to the foot of the mountain. We still have to climb the mountain later."

Our home is just behind Partridge Mountain."

Hong Ling smiled and said, "It's okay, I can crawl."

When she reached the middle of the mountain, Hong Ling looked back at the steep mountain road and felt a tingling sensation on her scalp.

"Sister Wu, it's really not easy for you to go out on weekdays on such a steep mountain road!"

Sister Wu responded breathlessly, “We’re used to it.

Most people in the village have almost never left the mountain in their entire lives."

"Then don't you need to buy clothes, pants, and daily necessities?"

Sister Wu steadied herself by holding onto a pine tree. “We are a minority ethnic group, and we weave, dye, and sew our own clothes and pants.

The village chief's family runs a small shop that sells a fairly complete range of daily necessities."

It was not until the afternoon that the two men arrived at the village behind the mountain with exhausted legs and hands.

As soon as they saw Sister Wu, a group of old ladies surrounded her.

They were talking incessantly, their eyes fixed on Hong Ling, looking her up and down.

Sister Wu didn't seem to be in a hurry to go home and was chatting and laughing with them.

She pointed to the big rocks at the entrance of the village and said, "Hong Ling, sit there and take a rest.

My mother has gone to work in the fields and will be back soon."

Hong Ling nodded. She was tired after climbing such a high mountain.

She sat on a big rock and looked at the villagers curiously.

They probably can't speak Chinese and have been speaking their dialect.

These women and children were all dressed in black clothes and black pants, with black cloth wrapped around their heads, and only some flowers and plants embroidered on the corners of their clothes and trouser legs.

The older guys all had a pipe hanging on their waistbands, and some of them were smoking it.

Not long after Hong Ling sat down, more and more men came out of the bushes carrying hoes.

They surrounded Hong Ling and spoke in dialect, but their eyes were glued to her.

This made Hong Ling very unhappy, and she turned to look at Sister Wu.

Sister Wu came over quickly and said, "Come on, let's go back and see if my mother is back.

"Hong Ling, this village doesn't see any outsiders all year round, and now a beautiful woman has arrived, and everyone is here to see the novelty and join in the fun."

Hong Ling said shyly, "Sister Wu, what nonsense are you talking about?"

Sister Wu burst into laughter. "You're still shy, girl. Come on! Let's not let them see."

Hong Ling quickly followed Sister Wu and walked away. After a few steps, she turned back and said, "Oh my god! This is too scary!

Men, women, young and old are all still staring at me."

Hong Ling was so scared that she almost fell to the ground, but Sister Wu held her up.

When they returned to Sister Wu's house, an old lady with black teeth smiled at Hong Ling while smoking a pipe.

Sister Wu told Hong Ling, "This is my grandmother."

Hong Ling quickly called out "Grandma", and the old lady smiled and pointed to the bamboo stool beside the fire pit, indicating her to sit down.

Sister Wu came over with a bowl, and the old lady took the teapot from the iron triangle in the fire pit and poured a bowl of tea for Hong Ling.

Hong Ling drank it all in one breath. Sister Wu pulled her to the bed in the inner room and said, "Oh, I'm so tired!

Let's take a rest and wait for my mother to come back and cook before we get up again."

Hong Ling also felt tired and exhausted, so she took off her shoes and lay down on the bed with Sister Wu to rest.

When Hong Ling opened her eyes again, the light coming in from the window made her eyes feel very uncomfortable.

She raised her hands to block out the glaring light, but found that her whole body felt like it had been run over by a car and she was in so much pain that she couldn't move.

"Auntie Wu, Auntie Wu." No one answered.

A wave of panic surged in her heart. Hong Ling gently lifted the quilt and found that she was naked.

With a loud "bang", Hong Ling's mind went blank and she stared blankly at the beams on the roof.

"This can't be true! Sister Wu is not that kind of person!" Hong Ling shook her head desperately.

A dark and thin old lady came in with a pipe in her mouth.

She took two deep puffs, put down her pipe, stood by the bed and talked to Hong Ling incoherently, then turned and left.

Hong Ling stared blankly at her back, muttering to herself, "It's over, it's all over!"

She couldn't believe that Wu Huafen, who had been in the same class with her for half a year, was actually a human trafficker.

Wu Huafen actually trafficked her into the mountains!

Hong Ling regretted her decision, "How stupid! I really am so stupid!

I actually trusted Wu Huafen so much and came back with her."

Hong Ling looked around and didn't see her clothes, so she completely collapsed.

"Ah! Ah!" she screamed and slapped her head hard.

The old lady came in again, holding a bowl of cornmeal porridge in her hand.

Hong Ling looked at the cornmeal porridge and thought it was the same pig feed her family had used to feed pigs in the past.

She quickly turned her head away, fearing that she would vomit.

The old lady frowned, took off the pipe hanging on her waistband, knocked on the quilt on Hong Ling, snarled and cursed a few words, then put the cornmeal porridge on the cabinet beside the bed and went out.

Hong Ling angrily reached out and pushed the bowl to the ground. With a "bang", cornmeal paste splashed everywhere.

The old lady heard the sound and trotted in.

She slapped her thigh and yelled at Hong Ling, then took the broom and started cleaning.

After she had swept the corn paste off the ground, she fetched a kitchen knife and a rope.

She began to demonstrate to Hong Ling, tying her hands together with a rope, then untying them and pointing at Hong Ling.

He gestured towards his fingers with the kitchen knife.

Hong Ling closed her eyes and didn't look at her, so she had no choice but to go out cursing.

This time, Hong Ling heard the sound of the door being locked, and then fell into a deep sleep.

When she opened her eyes again, Hong Ling was shocked to see two men, one tall and one short, standing in front of the bed.
