The machines were roaring.
Two middle-aged men wearing white hats and white aprons were busy inside and out.
The hats and aprons of both of them were so worn that you could hardly tell they were white anymore; they were covered in yellow and black oil stains.
Wang Zhenbo was carrying a half-sack of roasted wheatgrass seeds.
"Come on, it's your turn!"
A middle-aged man yelled at Wang Zhenbo in a gruff voice.
The machine is too loud; you can't hear it unless you shout.
"That's all?"
The middle-aged man weighed the sack of flour in his hand, threw it onto the scale, and adjusted the weight. "56 jin! Labor fee: three mao!"
Electricity costs three cents per kilowatt-hour now, so the labor cost isn't actually expensive.
Wang Zhenbo took out some change from his pocket and handed it to the person.
"What kind of seeds are these? I've never seen them before. They're not rapeseed, are they? These seeds are much smaller than rapeseed seeds."
The middle-aged man grabbed a handful and examined them carefully.
He usually presses sesame seeds, peanuts, sunflower seeds and rapeseed. He's never seen this before. What kind of new variety is it?
Wang Zhenbo's heart was in his throat. He forced a laugh and said, "A relative brought it to me. They didn't say what it was, just that it can be used to extract oil, so I came to give it a try!"
The middle-aged man glanced at him, knowing that the other person simply didn't want to tell him.
Without saying a word, he poured all the wheatgrass seeds into the elevator's hopper.

The middle-aged man pressing oil used an iron spoon to scrape off the residue that had leaked out, then put it back into the press and pressed it again.
After a short while, the oil drum was filled with less than half a drum of bright green oil!
The middle-aged man used a spoon to scoop up a spoonful, lifted it up, and slowly poured it into a line.

The next steps are filtration and oil-water separation, and the final product is the oil.

He ignored people who greeted him and strolled off towards Li Jin's house.

Li Jin quickly took the four large bottles from his hands, helped Wang Zhenbo sit down, and poured him a glass of water. "Drink some water!"

Wang Zhenbo spoke loudly and shoved four glass bottles at Li Jin.
"Open it and smell it!"
Li Jin looked at Wang Zhenbo suspiciously at first, then opened the bottle cap and took a sniff!
It has a unique flavor, but the strongest flavor is oily!
Li Jin suddenly stood up, went to the chopstick holder in the main room, pulled out a chopstick, and stuck it into the bottle.
Li Jin put the chopstick tip, which was covered in a dark green liquid, into his mouth and stuck out his tongue to test it.

As Li Jin spoke, tears welled up in his eyes.

Li Jin and Wang Zhenbo were excited for a very long time.
After a while, Li Jin regained his senses and rubbed the glass bottle with both hands. "I still don't know if it's poisonous or if people can eat it."
Wang Zhenbo looked at him smugly, "After I finished frying the oil today, I had the master craftsman take a look. He said that judging from the appearance, it's probably edible!"
