Chapter 22 A Disgrace

Fang Lanxin's gaze was fixed directly on Huo Zhenhong.

She didn't need to wait for an answer; she could simply stand up and stride away.

Huo Zhenhong never expected that Fang Lanxin would now act completely unpredictably.
He watched Fang Lanxin turn and leave, his face terribly gloomy. Then he gritted his teeth and looked at Huo Zhenxiong: "Second brother, what exactly does sister-in-law mean by this?"
"You did the deed, she said the words to you, and you're asking me what I mean?"
How would I know?
Huo Zhenxiong snorted, then stood up and strode outside.
"Fourth Uncle, you really know how to get things done."
"Uncle Fu, see the guest out!"
Huo Qibang snorted dismissively and then walked upstairs.
Now, Huo Zhenhong was left alone in the hall. Servants came and went, but their eyes were all subtly glancing in his direction.
Huo Fu hurried over and said respectfully, "Fourth Master, this way please."
Huo Zhenhong felt humiliated and as if his face had been trampled on and rubbed into the ground.
But he still managed to maintain the last shred of dignity, turned around, and walked outside.
At the entrance of the Huo family mansion, Fang Lanxin sat in the back seat of the car, watching Huo Zhenhong grit his teeth and walk out, a slight smirk playing on her lips.
