Qin Yanzheng shook his head, a gentle light appearing in his dark eyes. "It was my fault for not explaining myself clearly." How could his wife be wrong? Even if she was wrong, it was because she misspoke!

Before Song Lan could speak, Qin Yanzheng remained silent as well.

After Song Lan's figure disappeared outside the door, he smiled, his dark eyes filled with joy.

Back in her room, Song Lan gently patted her face, hoping the heat would dissipate quickly.
