But before it could take shape, Wang Ping noticed her troublemaking expression and quickly stopped her.
Liang Zhen made some harsh remarks.
Wang Ping pretended not to hear, and with a firm attitude, she dragged the other person out of Song Lan's consultation room.
Because Wang Ping was acting crazy, a large number of people quickly gathered at the Traditional Chinese Medicine department.
"What happened?"
Dr. Wang asked Wang Ping.
"Let's cause trouble for Dr. Song."
Wang Ping replied in a low voice.
Liang Zhen had already returned to her own consultation room. She knew she had made a big fuss today and that many people were gossiping about her. Perhaps she felt ashamed to face anyone, so she closed the door behind her as she entered the consultation room.
To block out all kinds of gazes from outside the door.

The results of the disciplinary action against Liang Zhen were announced to the entire staff hospital within two days. Prior to the announcement, Liang Zhen had already been suspended from her duties and was awaiting further notice at home.
Liang Zhen was genuinely unaware of the facts, but he never expected that the notification he received would be a transfer, a result achieved only after his family pulled strings and made connections.
According to the decision made by the leadership of the factory's staff hospital, Liang Zhen was to be dismissed directly.
If Liang Zhen were to bear such a reputation, her career would be effectively over.
Based on this consideration, after learning about the trouble Liang Zhen had caused, the Liang family shamelessly used their connections to try and protect Liang Zhen this time.
However, Liang Zhen was not transferred to a hospital in the county or city, but to a small town health center a hundred or eighty kilometers away from the Hongxing Machinery Factory. The conditions there were not only incomparable to those of the machinery factory's staff hospital, but also to those of the town health center.
Liang Zhen was dissatisfied, but her family was no longer willing to tolerate it. The day after the staff hospital issued a notice, Liang Zhen's brother personally took her to her new workplace to report for duty.
"That person has finally disappeared from our hospital!"
Saturday arrived in the blink of an eye. In the afternoon, just before leaving get off work, Wang Ping noticed that no more patients were coming to see her, so she went to Song Lan's consultation room. The two chatted for a bit, and then she suddenly exclaimed with emotion.
Song Lan knew perfectly well which "that person" she was referring to.
"If she doesn't control her temper and adjust her mindset, she'll get into trouble sooner or later."
After hearing Song Lan's words, Wang Ping remained silent for a moment before speaking: "I think he should be expelled immediately."
After a pause, Wang Ping explained, "It's not that I have any grudge against that person, it's just that I feel that with her temperament, she is simply not suitable to be a doctor."
"Dr. Liang's professional ethics are indeed questionable."
Song Lan said calmly, "Without good professional ethics, one is indeed not suitable to be a doctor."
Upon hearing this, Wang Ping suddenly asked, "She's always causing you trouble because she's jealous of your medical skills, am I right?"
"It's less about jealousy and more about pettiness."
Song Lan replied softly.
"I think she's just jealous of talent and ability!"
Wang Ping said indignantly, "She's so much older than you and graduated from a university of traditional Chinese medicine, yet her medical skills are inferior to yours. If I were her, I would be thinking about how to improve my medical skills instead of constantly causing trouble for you."
Song Lan smiled but did not say anything.
"She's really stupid. If she weren't jealous of you and instead got along well with you, wouldn't that be like having a good teacher to consult?"
At this point, Wang Ping asked, "If Dr. Liang hadn't caused you any trouble, would you have given her advice if she had asked you for medical advice?"
Song Lan did not answer directly. Instead, she used a more tactful approach: "It would be beneficial for both of us to learn from each other in terms of medical skills. I have no reason to refuse."
After staring at Song Lan for a while, Wang Ping said sincerely, "Dr. Song, you are really a very good person. Even though we are about the same age, I always feel like I am with an elder when I am with you. It feels especially warm and friendly."
"Am I that old in your eyes? You even associate me with your elders!"
Song Lan's bright, smiling eyes were tinged with amusement as she said, "I'm just more composed than you, I can't be your elder."
The second half of her sentence was tinged with a hint of teasing, which Wang Ping naturally noticed. She waved her hands repeatedly, saying, "Don't misunderstand, I didn't say you're old. Also, you can only be my best friend, don't even think about being my elder. I won't acknowledge that!"
Song Lan burst out laughing.
Seeing this, Wang Ping couldn't help but laugh as well.
After a moment, she asked, slightly shyly, "By the way, do you have any brothers?"
Why do you ask that?
Song Lan was curious.
Well, even Song Lan herself probably doesn't know that she also has a very straightforward personality.
“You’re good-looking and have a good personality. If you have brothers, they must be just like you, good-looking and good-natured… If I could get to know you, maybe we could become family someday.”
Wang Ping felt that since she had already spoken up, there was no need to feel embarrassed anymore. After all, happiness sometimes has to be fought for. If the man in front of her had brothers, she really wouldn't mind dating him for a while.
With that in mind, Wang Ping started promoting herself before Song Lan could speak: "Dr. Song, Song Lan, you see, we're colleagues and have a pretty good relationship. Although I don't have any great strengths, I'm definitely not a troublemaker. Do you think I'm up to the role of your future sister-in-law or brother's wife?"
Just as Song Lan was about to speak, Wang Ping interrupted, "I'm not particularly good-looking, but everyone says they're happy to see me, which means I have a cheerful face. And you know my personality to some extent..."
Okay, I understand what you mean.
With a slight smile, Song Lan stopped Wang Ping from continuing. She said with a hint of amusement, "I do have brothers, three in total. But my youngest brother is quite young; he's only a first-year junior high student. As for the other two..."
