Chapter 400 Disobedience (1/2)

Chapter 400 Disobedience

Lu Yi and Ye Ran were shocked and rushed forward to check on the old man. "Are you alright?"

The old man had a full head of white hair and a face full of wrinkles. After being thrown out, he rubbed himself on the ground in pain.

Upon hearing Lu Yi's question, the old man said tremblingly, "No...it's nothing..."

"You're in so much pain, how could you be alright? Let me take you to the hospital." Lu Yi said in a deep voice, intending to help the old man up.

The elderly man quickly refused, saying, "Really, it's not necessary. Hospitals are too expensive. I don't have medical insurance, so I can't afford it."

Lu Yi frowned. "You don't need to worry about that, do you? Whoever hurt you just now, make them pay your medical bills."

As he spoke, Lu Yi looked into the supermarket. Several people were standing at the entrance, and he really didn't know who had thrown it.

Seeing Lu Yi's gaze, the leader opposite him made a mocking sound, "Hey! Yellow-skinned monkey, what kind of look is that? Judging from your appearance, you're from China, right? From that backward little village?"

"Hahaha!"

Hearing this, Lu Yi chuckled, "And what's your attitude, you foreigners?"

"What did you say?!" Several people rolled up their sleeves and came over.

The old man, terrified, struggled to his feet and grabbed Lu Yi's sleeve, "Don't get into a fight with them, they're all very violent..."

Lu Yi smiled reassuringly at the old man, "Uncle, I'm not doing this for you, I'm doing it for myself and for the dignity of my country. These people have to pay the price for what they said!"

Several men rushed forward menacingly, shouting, "You're not getting away with this today!"

Lu Yi reached out and shielded the old man behind him, saying, "Then let me see what you're capable of!"

The group of men swung their fists at Lu Yi. Although Ye Ran and Yan Xiu'er knew he should be fine, they couldn't help but worry for him.

Lu Yi easily caught a fist that swung towards him, then twisted it in the back of his hand, causing the owner of the fist to cry out in pain.

The others were horrified when they saw this, but there was nothing they could do to change the situation, so they had no choice but to grit their teeth and continue.

Lu Yi sneered, then showed no mercy and attacked. In no time, the arrogant men were lying on the ground.

Looking at the group of foreigners who were groaning, Lu Yi squatted down in front of them and asked, "Could you repeat what you just said?"

Several people quickly shook their heads and took a step back in fear.

"You won't talk?! Then what do you want?"

Seeing Lu Yi twirling his wrist, the group apologized repeatedly, "We're sorry! We won't say anything more!"

"sorry!"

Lu Yi chuckled, "Is that all? You tell me yourselves, who was it that laid a hand on this old man just now?"

He's so old, how could you do this to him? Are you even human?

"He did it! It has nothing to do with me!"

"Andy, you!"

Lu Yi grabbed him by the collar. "You hit him? Then can you tell me why you did it?"

Seeing this, Andy chimed in, "Smith is actually his grandson!"

Lu Yi blinked and looked at the old man. "Is that so? He's your grandson?"

The old man wiped away his tears. "No! He's a demon! Satan sent him to torment me."
