Chapter 384 The Forbidden City
Anna walked ahead happily, occasionally discussing the scenery and objects she saw with Ye Ran.
Yun Hao and Lu Yi were discussing things in hushed tones.
Yun Hao said softly, "I think my dad probably won't say anything... right?"
Lu Yi looked at him speechlessly, "How am I supposed to know what your dad will say? Has your dad ever hinted at anything about you finding a partner in the future?"
Yun Hao thought for a moment, "No, my dad used to be quite talkative, but he hasn't been very talkative since my mom's accident."
Lu Yi comforted him, "Actually, it's alright! You're not going down the same path as my brother, so it doesn't matter who you marry, it won't affect you."
Judging from my friend's appearance, her family must be quite well-off. Do they have any issues with you?
Yun Hao shook his head, "Her family is in the clothing business in the United States. They were the ones who placed a big order with Ye Ran before."
Because of this order, I became closer to her and met her family. They were very nice and didn't have any objections to my identity.
Lu Yi patted his shoulder, "Isn't that great? Her family has already met you. Now that you've settled things with your dad, you won't have any problems in the future."
Yun Hao took a deep breath. "That's true. Anyway, my path is different from Brother Yan's, so I don't need to worry about any future consequences."
Although my dad is still employed, he doesn't have much of a future, so it probably doesn't have much of an impact on him anymore.
Things should go smoothly between Anna and me.
Lu Yi nodded, "That would be best. Go back today and have a good talk with your dad."
I think that since your dad personally brought Anna over, he probably doesn't have much of a resistance to it.
Yun Hao twitched the corner of his mouth. "I hope so! But I'll have to trouble you and Ye Ran later."
Lu Yi raised an eyebrow. "Seriously? I've been chatting with you for so long, and you still want my help? I'm not really interested in getting involved in other people's relationship problems."
Yun Hao glared at him. "What are you thinking! Anna came to Beijing alone and is unfamiliar with the city. It's not a good idea for her to come to my house."
I was worried about her going to the hotel, so I thought I'd have Ye Ran stay with her, and then Anna would go with you later. That would put my mind at ease.

We don't have much of anything, except for our house. It's more than enough for Anna to come, or even for you and your dad to live together.
However, since you've put it that way, then I won't be polite, thank you!
Yun Hao stiffly tugged at the corners of his mouth, revealing a twisted smile. That brat Lu Yi, when I get the chance, I'll definitely give him a good beating!
Anna, who was looking excitedly at the magnificent gate of the Forbidden City, turned around and called out to Yun Hao after seeing the long staircase.
"Honey! Come quick, I want to walk up these stairs with you!"
Yun Hao had already made plans and was somewhat prepared. Upon hearing this, he smiled and walked over.
The two held hands and climbed up step by step.
