Most of the people present were from the forestry system, especially Sheng Xiping and Chen Weimin, who were brothers who grew up together and had a close relationship.
Those two from Donggang Ginseng Farm were old acquaintances of Guo Shouye and his family. It is said that the Guo and Xu families were even sworn relatives.
