As for Sheng Xiping, he really didn't care about the Qi family's possessions.

Then the three of them carried their belongings and entered the Wang family's gate.

"Is Uncle Wang home?" Sheng Xiping called out as soon as he entered the gate.

In most households in Northeast China, the front door is left open until bedtime.

No matter whose house you're going to, you'll stand at the gate and call out to let the homeowner know that someone has come to visit.

If you have a dog at home, it's inevitable that the dog will bark a few times.

When the people inside heard this, they all came out to see what was happening and welcomed the person inside.

If there is a dog at home, the owner has to come out and watch the dog to prevent it from biting someone.
