Chapter 487 Investing in Building a Hotel
The group spent the afternoon wandering around the small town and even went to the riverbank to gaze at the city across the snow-white water.

The other party smiled and shook hands with Sheng Xiping, praising him profusely.

Yesterday, Xu Guoxing received a call from Feng Shuyan informing him that Sheng Xiping was bringing people over. He was so excited that he arrived at his workplace early this morning to arrange for pick-up and accommodation.
Xu Guoxing works in the Finance Bureau. When he met Sheng Xiping in Harbin last time, he wanted to invite Sheng Xiping to visit Heihe, hoping that there might be opportunities for cooperation.
"Director He, you flatter me. I've only been dabbling in a few small businesses these past few years; it's nothing."
"Come on, call all your friends. Your uncle is treating you to dinner tonight. Try some of our local specialties," Xu Guoxing waved his hand and laughed.
Unexpectedly, as soon as he arrived at the hotel front desk, before he could even ask to borrow a phone, Xu Guoxing led several people in from outside.
"Wow, these young men are all so energetic."
Xu Guoxing smiled and shook hands with Sheng Xiping. "Oh dear, I've been so busy with all sorts of things since I started working after the New Year. Otherwise, I would have come to pick you up myself at noon."
"These are all family members. Tell the chef to make sure tonight's dishes are prepared well." Xu Guoxing was very familiar with the restaurant manager and said this as soon as he entered.
Sheng Xiping understood that the other person was just being polite, so he quickly replied modestly.
So the group stopped chatting and hurried back.
After he finished what he was doing, he immediately brought over a few friends.
Sheng Xiping quickly shook hands with the three of them and greeted them with a smile.
Wu Yucheng and the others were resting in their rooms when they heard that Sheng Xi'an's uncle had arrived. They quickly came out of their rooms and went to the front desk to meet Xu Guoxing and the others.

"Okay, Uncle, please wait a moment, I'll go call them." Sheng Xiping didn't say anything else, just nodded and turned back to call them.
Having no other option, Sheng Xiping invited everyone to sit down in his room and talk.
Gentlemen, this is my nephew-in-law's older brother. As I mentioned before, he has companies in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Xu Guoxing works in a government department, so Sheng Xiping couldn't very well go to his workplace to find him. Therefore, he planned to wait until Xu Guoxing got off work and then invite him out for a meal or something.
After warming up at the hotel for a while, Sheng Xiping wanted to use the hotel's phone to call Feng Shuyan's aunt's husband, Xu Guoxing, to ask when he would be off work so he could visit him.
"It's very nice here, Uncle. Thank you for your trouble. Look how busy you are, yet you still think about whether we're comfortable here." Sheng Xiping thanked Xu Guoxing with a smile.
In the office building, Tengyue Company reserved one floor for itself, while the rest have been snapped up by other companies, with annual rents being quite substantial.
They'd only been here for an afternoon, and Wu Yucheng was already talking about building a hotel. I have to say, that kid's got a sharp mind.
"Oh, these are all my colleagues from the unit: Director He from the Transportation Bureau, Director Chen from the Commerce Bureau, and Director Wang from the Agriculture Bureau. They came especially to meet you since they knew you were coming."
