Chapter 334 Two Bears Fight

"Wow, this bear has quite a gallbladder! We've really struck gold today," Liu Chunlai exclaimed as he removed the bear's gallbladder.

“Xiping, you can keep this thing. You know how to handle it, but we don’t.” Liu Chunlai said as he turned to look for Sheng Xiping.

"Hey? What are you doing?"

Liu Chunlai looked around but didn't see anyone. Then he saw Sheng Xiping breaking off a stick and going to dig into the tree trunk.

"Let me see if that little bear cub is still inside, and if it's dead or alive."

Sheng Xiping lay on one end of the tree trunk and poked it in with a stick.

Huh? It's all soft and fluffy inside; I must have bumped into a teddy bear.

Sheng Xiping bent down and reached into the tree trunk, then grabbed the furry little creature inside.

"Is he inside? Is he dead?" At this moment, several well-meaning people came over and squatted down next to Sheng Xiping to ask.

Sheng Xiping, still holding the bear cub, stepped back out of the tree trunk, then raised his hand and smiled. "Not dead, still alive."

When everyone saw the furry little thing struggling in Sheng Xiping's hand, they all burst into laughter.

"Hey, you know what, this little thing really does look like a puppy. No wonder those students mistook it for a puppy."

"What are you going to do with this thing? You're not thinking of keeping it as a pet, are you? You already have one tiger, and now you want to keep a black bear too?"

Liu Chunlai walked over, looked down at the little black bear in Sheng Xiping's hand, reached out and touched it, and asked with a smile.

"No, I don't raise these things. Let's go back to the forest farm first and see what they have to say."

"If the families want to keep it, let them. If not, send it to the zoo." (Sheng)

Xi Ping shook his head. Black bears eat too much; his family couldn't afford to feed them.

Besides, this thing is different from a tiger. It's not protected, and you can't raise it and release it back into the forest. He doesn't want to go through the trouble of raising this thing.

Everyone thought it was a good idea. "Yeah, that works too. Anyway, its mother is already dead, and this little thing won't survive in the mountains."

So, Sheng Xiping found a rope and tied the bear cub up.

The bear cub, having survived the ordeal, was trembling with fear. Tied up, it didn't know how to resist, only cowering in a ball and squeaking.

The mother bear is dead, and no matter how much the cubs cry, it's no use.

The two bear gallbladders were entrusted to Sheng Xiping for safekeeping. Then, the group made a simple sled, put the two bears on it, tied them with ropes, and dragged them back.

The bear cub was tied with a rope, but it refused to follow. Sheng Xiping had no choice but to pick it up and put it on his shoulder.

And so, with the others dragging two large bears and Sheng Xiping carrying a small bear, the group trekked over mountains and valleys for several hours before finally returning to the forest farm.
