Chapter 15: Canned Goods
Summer nights in the countryside are quiet and cool.
Pei Huaiye came back with the ox cart and immediately went up the mountain to hunt. He didn't find any wild boars, but he shot three pheasants. He cleaned two of them and brought them to the river.
