Chapter 458 Missing Bone

Upon hearing this, Wang Bo scoffed:

"Shut up, stop making empty promises to me!"

You've been making these empty promises for years, have I actually gotten one?

Su Yin, I don't have any evidence.

But I have a really good intuition.

"If you really want to stay brothers with me, then come with me to the police station!"

Su Yin's heart skipped a beat, but she still asked calmly, "What are you going to the police station for?"

"Oh, let the police investigate what you were doing during the days when my wife and children had that accident!"

Upon hearing this, Su Yin's eyes visibly darted away: "Who are your wife and children, Wang Bo? You mean you're married again and have a wife and children?"

“My wife’s name is Zhang Chunmei. You’ve met her before—she’s cooked for you several times when you came to my house for drinks.”

"Zhang Chunmei?" Su Yin pretended to be thinking.

“You should call her Widow Zhang,” Wang Bo reminded him.

Su Yin jumped up: "What? You still married Widow Zhang? You...you...how could you be so stubborn?"

Wang Bo gave a strange smile: "Yes, I married her. Not only that, she's pregnant. I was supposed to have my own child in four months."

Su Yin gasped, "Wang Bo, what do you mean by your wife and children being in trouble?"

Wang Bo still had that strange smile on his face:

"My wife and child had an accident. My wife fell and suffered a miscarriage and severe bleeding on her way to buy groceries. She died along with her unborn child."

My three sons, Da Bao and Er Bao, skipped school and drowned in the river.

Little Bao has been stolen by some damned bastard.

Nine days later, I finally found him in an abandoned, dry well.

While Wang Bo was saying these words, he always had that enigmatic smile on his face.

Su Yin felt a chill run down her spine: "Wang Bo, are you fucking telling the truth or not?"

Wang Bo's gaze shifted to Su Yin's face: "Su Yin, stop pretending! I only have one question—do you dare to come with me to the police station?"

"What do I have to be afraid of? Let's go! When are we going? Just say the word and we're leaving!"

"Let's go now."

"Okay, let's go now! Um... could I get a drink of water first?"

Wang Bo was surprised to see that Su Yin was willing to go to the police station with him.

He hesitated for a moment: "Okay then, wait while I boil some water."

Su Yin shook her head: "Just scoop some cold water from the water tank for me."

"Alright then, you wait here." Wang Bo said, and went into the kitchen.

Su Yin tiptoed and followed Wang Bo inside.

As he passed the kitchen door, he casually picked up a fire poker.

However, just as Wang Bo took out a water ladle and bent down to scoop water from the water vat, and Su Yin swung a stick at the back of Wang Bo's head, Wang Bo suddenly dodged with extreme agility!

Su Yin lost control of her strength, missed her target, and fell headfirst into the water vat!

Wang Bo stood aside and watched Su Yin splash around in the water tank for a while.

As bubbles rose to the surface and Su Yin's struggles grew weaker, Wang Bo finally lifted him out of the water vat by his feet and threw him to the ground.

Su Yin struggled to sit up on her side, with a lot of water flowing from her nose and mouth.

Wang Bo locked the kitchen door, picked up the fire poker, and struck Su Yin on the shin: "You really are the one who ruined me! Today, I'm going to avenge my wife and five children!"

Su Yin let out a wail!

The sound of bones breaking was clearly audible.

Seeing Wang Bo swing the fire poker at his other calf again, Su Yin quickly reached behind his waist and pulled out a gleaming dagger.

Before Wang Bo could even see what the dagger looked like, the blade had already plunged into his lower abdomen.

Su Yin turned the knife handle and saw that Wang Bo's expression seemed to freeze. He remained in the position of holding the fire poker high, swayed back and forth two or three times, and suddenly fell backward, headfirst into the water vat.

The fire poker rolled to one side.

Su Yin forced himself to stand up, grimacing as he picked up the fire poker.

Then a gurgling sound came from inside the water tank.

Su Yin gritted her teeth and stood there, enduring the pain.

After waiting for about three minutes, there was finally no more sound. At this point, the entire kitchen walls, floor, and even the stove were covered in red liquid, a complete mess.

Su Yin was still not entirely reassured, so he pulled the dagger out of Wang Bo's lower abdomen and stabbed him in the heart area a few times.

Wang Bo remained motionless, clearly indicating that he was completely dead.

Su Yin was finally relieved.

A sharp pain shot through my calf.

Su Yin picked out several wooden sticks of roughly the same size and thickness from the small pile of firewood next to the stove.

They then used a clean rag on the stove as a bandage for his leg and tied the wooden stick to his broken leg.

Three hours later, the kitchen had been restored to its original state.

Su Yin pushed Wang Bo's body into the cellar.

The pit that Su Yin dug last time had soft soil, which turned out to be just the right size to hold Wang Bo's body, although he was curled up.

Su Yin placed Wang Bo's body inside and covered it with a thick layer of soil.

Next, it took him a great deal of effort to climb out of the cellar.

He pulled the ladder up again, swung the axe, and chopped the ladder into pieces of firewood.

Then, they covered the cellar with the lid tightly and pulled over a tattered felt mat from next to the stove to cover the entrance to the cellar.

After doing all this, he struggled to walk into Wang Bo's room and began rummaging through Wang Bo's wardrobe.

He changed out of his blood-stained clothes and put them into a bundle, wrapping them up tightly.

After putting on Wang Bo's patched old clothes, Su Yin thoroughly searched Wang Bo's house. Apart from finding twenty-one yuan notes wrapped in two layers of flowered handkerchiefs on Wang Bo's person, she found nothing else.

The 210 yuan note was slightly stained with blood, but it wasn't very noticeable because it was covered by a handkerchief.

Su Yin stuffed the money into his pocket, a smug smile spreading across his face.

He waited quietly for a while, and when he saw that there was no sound outside, he took off the shovel handle and used it as a crutch, dragging his broken leg out of the yard.

He then turned around and locked the padlock securely with a "click".

...

Fang Yuan, the director of Beijing Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been staying in his own hospital for two weeks.

During this period, we also consulted many famous doctors in Beijing, including traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, Mongolian medicine, Tibetan medicine, and even Buddhist and Taoist medicine.

No one could cure him, and no one could even explain what his problem was.

How could a person lose a bone, especially a bone in the foot, and never notice it in their entire life?

But suddenly I can't walk anymore?

This is so strange, so incredibly strange!
