Qi Ran thought about it all night and finally made up her mind to learn from Shen Qianqian and start selling goods.

Shen Qianqian's approach was foolish; she wouldn't be able to open a shop that way. Selling secretly, on the other hand, would be different; no one would know, and she could make a good profit.
Based on Qi Ran's current thinking, it seems that what Old Lady Li cares about is who can make money, and doesn't care at all about how to make money.
Since that's the case, she'll show Old Lady Li who the Lu family's biggest money-maker is, and hopefully, in the end, all the money from Shen Qianqian's shop and the family's coffers will be invested in her.
With that in mind, Qi Ran redeemed a large number of items from the mall and handed them to Lu Yuncheng the next day, instructing him: "You work in the city, find an excuse to sell these things."
Lu Yuncheng thought to himself, "Isn't this asking me to do speculative and profiteering things?"
He was having second thoughts, so he returned the items to Qi Ran and shook his head, saying, "No, this won't do."
Qi Ran was furious at Lu Yuncheng's cowardly behavior. Finally, she put down her things and threatened him, "If you don't sell everything today and come back with the money tonight, I'm going back to my parents' house tomorrow!"
In the end, Lu Yuncheng's heart swayed towards Qi Ran. As long as he's careful, everything should be alright.
He comforted himself with this thought, unaware that his every move had been observed.
