“This money isn’t just for free; it’s my investment. Aren’t you going to start your own business? If you succeed, remember to give me a share of the profits. If you fail, then consider it a failed investment on my part.” Lu Yunzhi pulled Lu Yunchuan’s hand and stuffed the money into it.
Lu Yunchuan held the still-warm banknotes in his hand, feeling a warm glow in his heart. After formally saying goodbye to Lu Yunzhi, he embarked on his journey south.
Chen Xiaofang was completely unaware of this news until she returned to the Lu family home.
