Chapter 1398 Auntie Takes You Out

The little girl came back after two days away and seemed to be in a good mood, which made Zhou's mother puzzled.

Seeing that her little girl was mysterious and still insisted on eating the dishes that children loved, Zhou's mother turned around and took her grandson away, "Ask your dad to cook."

Zhou Xiang turned around and sat next to his father. "Dad, do more. You won't regret it. Make my mom regret it."

Father Zhou stood up and said, "Okay, I'll make you some more. You can put it away. You haven't eaten much these past two days. Are you craving it?"

"Yeah, yeah! So make more, just in case."

At dinner, Zhou Yan ate the loving meal again and said happily to his gloomy mother, "Mom, you promised me that you would no longer care about the Kong family. The more you care, the more Auntie hates you."

Kong Xianxian had no appetite. After hearing her son's words, she couldn't help but ask, "Yan'er, did you know in advance that your aunt brought all the natal lamps in?"

Zhou Yan nodded, "I know! My aunt told me."

"Then why don't you..."

Looking at her son's clear eyes, Kong Xianxian couldn't continue.

"Why not? Why not stop it or why not tell you? Which one do you think will work?" The smile on Zhou Yan's face disappeared.

Kong Xianxian shook her head and said, "I'm sorry, give mom some time."

"Your apologies are cheap. You say them often, but you make the same mistake often."

Zhou Yan put down his bowl and chopsticks, "Eat it yourself!"

He called Xiao Huang, climbed onto the dog's back, and went to the coffin at the edge of the medicine garden.

When Zhou Xiang happily entered the space to find his nephew, he found his nephew leaning against the coffin of the young master of the Wei family, crying quietly.

Zhou Xiang felt distressed at her lonely appearance. She teleported to Kong Xianxian's side, dragged her and teleported to the medicinal garden.

"Who provoked you? It was no one else but you, right? Have you had enough of living? If you want to die, I can extinguish your natal lamp for you."

The small figure of her son huddled beside the coffin pierced Kong Xianxian's heart. She wanted to run over and hug her son, but was enveloped by a cloud of mist.

"Kong Xianxian, you're not fit to be a mother, really. You're only fit to work for the Kong family. No need to ask, I know you're blaming me for taking away all the natal lamps, but if you have the guts, come and confront me! The child isn't your punching bag."

After throwing the mist away, Zhou Xiang gently walked over to his nephew and squatted down.

"Yan'er."

Zhou Yan turned around, his face full of tears and eyes full of pain, "Auntie~"

Zhou Xiang stretched out her hand distressedly, "Come on, Auntie will take you out. You won't be here with Mom anymore. Let her calm down."

Zhou Yan immediately threw himself into his aunt's arms, "Is Dad back?"

"No! But now that we have our natal lamp, we are not afraid anymore. It is too quiet here and not suitable for children. Let's go play with my brother."

"Okay!" Zhou Yan nodded, then turned and looked at the coffin, "There's a brother sleeping here, right?"

"Yes, he likes beautiful places. I couldn't find one, so I put him here. Is Yan'er afraid?"

"Don't be afraid, my aunt said that my brother's family are all good people."

"You naughty boy," Zhou Xiang pinched his nephew's nose affectionately, "eavesdropping on what the adults are saying."

"It's my aunt who's being too loud."

"Okay! My bad. Come on, let's get out."

"Um!"

Ling Ran was standing in the bathroom waiting. In the blink of an eye, his wife came out of the space and brought out Zhou Yan with her, whose eyes were red and swollen. He didn't dare to say anything more and took out a new face mask from the closet, "Wash your face!"

Zhou Xiang took the towel and said, "I'll do it. Go call Haohao Dangdang over."

"OK."

Zhou Xiang washed his nephew's face, applied baby cream on him, and led him out of the bathroom.

Haohaodangdang, who was called over by his father, saw the person his mother was holding and couldn't help but asked in surprise: "Mom, where did this brother come from? He looks like he has seen him before."

"Of course I seem to have seen him before. This is your uncle's child. Think about what your uncle looks like."

The two children suddenly realized, "Yes, yes! He looks very much like our uncle."

The two of them walked closer to their mother while talking.

Zhou Xiang squatted down and looked at the three children at eye level. "Come, let me introduce you. This is Zhou Yan. He is over five years old. You must call him brother and take care of him.

He has been away from home all this time, with no brothers or sisters to take care of him, no grandparents to love him, only a mother, and now his mother is no longer with us, so you must take good care of him."

When Haohao Dangdang heard how miserable his brother was, he immediately felt a surge of justice and said, "Don't worry, Mom, we are all together and no one is allowed to bully my brother."

"Well!" Zhou Xiang touched the tops of his two sons' heads, "I'll leave my brother to you to take care of."

"Yeah! So, brother, will you sleep in our room tonight?"

"Your room is too small to sleep here, so sleep on this bed first. When I buy another bed, I'll share the room with you."

"Okay, okay! We have more boys than girls this time."

Zhou Xiang flicked his two sons' foreheads and said, "Don't compete with your sisters."

Haohaodangdang covered his forehead and said, "Every time, it is my younger sister who leads my older sister to bully us."

"They are just teasing you. Boys should be more generous.

Yan'er, these two are Haohao and Dangdang, can you tell them apart?"

Zhou Yan nodded, "Yes, this is Haohao, and that is Dangdang."

Haohaodangdang's face was full of admiration, "Brother, we didn't introduce ourselves, how did you tell them apart?"

"It's based on your personalities! I heard from my aunt about your personalities. If you pay attention, you can tell them apart."

"Awesome!" Dangdang gave a two-word comment.
