She wasn't the only one with this view; most other people shared the same opinion.

Cheng Shaolin didn't know which way to go, because this was no longer the familiar city of Beijing.
Seeing the hesitation on his face, Li Xiao burst out laughing.

The others watched as Li Xiao laughed, then turned to look at Cheng Shaolin.
Everyone wanted to laugh, but they held it in.
"Well, I'm just like you, it's my first time at the Beijing base, I'm not much better off than you."
Everyone laughed.
No one laughed at Cheng Shaolin for his honesty.
Because what he said was true.
He was no longer at the Beijing base when the apocalypse came, and he had no idea how the Beijing base was built afterwards.
"In that case, let's ask," Yu Yanbin said, looking around.
"Let's go and take a look first."
Cheng Shaolin had no objection. "Let's go," he said, inviting Li Xiao to join the others.
Each base is actually quite similar; the basic infrastructure remains largely the same despite variations.
Not far from the base gate, a not-so-tall building stands in front of everyone.
"Looks like this is the place."

There was a sign hanging on the side wall of the building.
It says "Task Center" on it.
