Shen Xiaoxiao knew immediately that it was Dai Xingyun, and quickly ran to the brigade headquarters.
As soon as she put the phone to her ear, she felt a gaze shooting straight at her. Looking up, she saw the captain standing not far away, looking at her with a half-smile, his eyes filled with a mix of teasing and curiosity.
Shen Xiaoxiao suddenly felt her face burning, as if she were being roasted by fire, and her heart was pounding. She lowered her head in embarrassment.
On the other end of the phone, Dai Xingyun was unaware of Shen Xiaoxiao's predicament. His voice was filled with excitement and joy as he cut straight to the point: "Xiaoxiao, the other house has been bought as well."
"I did as you said. This house is very close to your house, only a 10-minute walk away."
"It will be very convenient for you to go home to see your parents in the future, or for your parents to come to see you. I have also put your parents' names on the property certificate as you requested."

When they got home, as expected, Ma Aning and his wife were cleaning the house.
Their busy figures could be seen everywhere in the house. Shen Zishan was holding a rag and wiping the window hard, so hard that the glass was so clean that people could see their reflections.
Ma Aning squatted on the ground, holding a broom, and swept the ground until it was spotless, not even a small scrap of paper could be found.
The whole house was cleaned spotlessly, and the furniture was arranged neatly, exuding a warm and tidy atmosphere.
"Daughter, why are you running so fast? Someone's chasing you!" Shen Zishan stopped what he was doing, straightened his back, and joked with a smile when he saw his daughter rushing in.
Shen Xiaoxiao was so engrossed in her joy that she paid no attention to her father's teasing.
She rushed to her parents, her chest heaving from running, and excitedly exclaimed, "Dad, Mom, Xingyun just called me and said the house has been bought for us!"

"Is it good? Mom! I bought two sets. One of them is named Xingyun and has your and Dad's names on it. You'll have your own home there. Don't you want to see what your home looks like?" Shen Xiaoxiao tempted.
“Alright, your mom and I will go with you after the New Year.” Shen Zishan readily agreed.
“Okay! Mom and Dad, I’ll help you clean,” Shen Xiaoxiao rolled up her sleeves, ready to help.
“Go away, go away, go play somewhere else. There’s only a little space left. Your dad and I have already finished. We don’t need your help,” Ma Aning pushed the person out.
