Chapter 125 Outstanding

Lin Zhiyue walked into the store briskly with full expectations.

As soon as she stepped in, her eyes were attracted by the unique layout of the store. The wooden tables and chairs were neatly arranged, and there were several ink paintings depicting the old Beijing style hanging on the wall. The surrounding area was filled with the tempting aroma of food, and it was full of the flavor of life.

She couldn't help but think to herself that this boss was really capable. The current environment did not allow private business operations, but he was able to cleverly open this restaurant and run it so successfully. It was truly admirable.

Led by Lin Qi Yang, several people found a spacious and comfortable place to sit down.

As soon as we sat down, before everyone could recover from the shock, Uncle Zhang walked over with brisk steps.

He had a amiable smile on his face, and his eyes swept over everyone, finally landing on Mu Sihuai, and he said enthusiastically: "Your eldest brother is here too, it's such a coincidence that the brothers can get together today. He was talking about you a few days ago, saying that it's been a while since we had a good gathering together."

As Uncle Zhang spoke, he reached out and gently patted Mu Sihuai's shoulder. His words were full of familiarity and kindness, as if they were not customers who came to eat, but family members who had not seen each other for a long time.

When Mu Sihuai heard that his elder brother Mu Siwen was also in the store, a look of surprise immediately appeared on his face. He quickly stood up and said, "Then I'll go over and say hello to my elder brother."

Uncle Zhang smiled widely, raised his hand, pointed to a room near the window in the store, and patiently guided him: "It's over there, go over there."

Mu Sihuai walked quickly in the direction Uncle Zhang pointed, only to see Mu Siwen sitting there, holding a cup of tea in his hand, looking out the window leisurely.

Mu Sihuai stepped forward and shouted with a smile: "Brother!"

Mu Siwen turned around when he heard the voice and saw Mu Sihuai. A hint of surprise flashed in his eyes. He put down the teacup, stood up, patted Mu Sihuai on the shoulder, and said, "Why are you here?"

Mu Sihuai smiled and responded, "Today, we went to the Forbidden City for a tour. Following the professional explanation, we learned a lot of historical stories that we didn't know before. After that, Qi Yang said he would bring sister Zhiyue here to taste the authentic food of our capital."

Hearing Lin Zhiyue's name, Mu Siwen was slightly startled. The girl who made his heart beat faster at first sight instantly appeared in his mind, and his heartbeat unconsciously quickened.

He said without hesitation: "Let them all come over and sit together. It will be so nice if everyone can have some fun together."

Mu Sihuai hesitated and asked with concern: "Is it okay? Will it affect your conversation?"

Mu Siwen waved his hand and said nonchalantly, "It's nothing. We were just a few brothers chatting together. We didn't talk about anything serious."

Mu Sihuai nodded and said, "Okay, then I'll go ask Sister Zhiyue what they think."

Mu Sihuai hurried back to the table where his companions were sitting.

He panted slightly, with a look of anticipation on his face. He first looked around at everyone, and finally set his eyes on Lin Zhiyue, saying, "Brother asked us to go over and sit together, saying that we haven't gathered together for a long time, and it would be lively."

Lin Zhiyue was stunned for a moment, and the image of Mu Siwen quickly appeared in her mind. Thinking of his gentle attitude when they met before, she couldn't help feeling a little warm in her heart.

She thought to herself that they were all familiar people, so there was no need to be so reserved, so she smiled and nodded, and replied crisply, "Okay, it would be nice for everyone to get together."

Mu Yuchang, who was standing by, immediately stood up excitedly when she heard this, clapped her hands, and shouted, "Great! It will definitely be more interesting to have dinner with Big Brother. Maybe I can hear a lot of interesting things."

As he said that, he pulled Lin Zhiyue's hand, looking impatient.

Lin Qiyang also stood up and joked with a smile: "It seems that today's meal is not as simple as eating delicious food."

Mu Siyou quietly put away the things on the table and nodded in agreement.

So, led by Mu Sihuai, the five people walked through the slightly crowded lobby and headed towards the room where Mu Siwen was.

Mu Yuchang was like a happy little bird, chirping non-stop along the way.

At this moment, she walked briskly to the door, and before she even had time to knock on the door, she excitedly shouted, "Brother, we are here!"

Then she reached out and pushed the door open.

The door slowly opened, and the scene inside the house came into view.

Mu Yuchang first saw Mu Siwen sitting in the main seat, and a bright smile instantly broke out on her face. Just as she was about to say hello again, she turned her eyes and realized that there were several other people in the room.

Those people were dressed differently, but all of them looked extraordinary. They were holding tea cups and chatting and laughing.

One of them was a middle-aged man in a dark Mao suit, standing straight and wearing a pair of black-framed glasses, exuding a refined temperament;

There was a younger man next to him, wearing a simple white shirt with his collar slightly open, and his eyes were sharp.

They were attracted by Mu Yuchang's sudden shout and turned their heads. For a moment, everyone in the room focused their attention on the people at the door.

Hearing the voice, Mu Siwen raised his head with a gentle smile on his face. He swept his eyes over the people at the door one by one, and finally stopped at Mu Yushang. He said softly, "Come on, sit down, don't stand." His voice was low and magnetic, with a reassuring power.

Everyone filed in and found a seat to sit down.

Lin Zhiyue followed the team and was looking at the furnishings in the house when she suddenly heard Mu Siwen say to her, "Sit here."

She looked in the direction of the voice and saw Mu Siwen pointing to the empty seat next to him.

Lin Zhiyue was slightly startled, but she thought that everyone was acquaintance and didn't think there was anything wrong with it. The corners of her mouth turned up, revealing a faint smile. She walked over gracefully, gently pulled out a chair and sat down.
