Chapter 30: Delivering Meals

She first carefully packed the food that she was going to take to the cowshed into clean lunch boxes.

In the lunch box, the meat buns were white and plump, exuding the tempting aroma of wheat and meat;

The spicy and sour potato shreds are bright in color, with a subtle sour and spicy flavor.

The spicy rabbit meat is bright red and juicy, making people drool at the sight of it.

The Beijing-style shredded pork is rich in sauce flavor, and the scallions are juicy and green;

The sauerkraut vermicelli soup is steaming hot and heart-warming;

The goose stewed in an iron pot is even more fragrant, the goose meat is soft and tender, and the soup is rich.

Every meal is filled with her love.

After the packaging was completed, Lin Zhiyue sat down and began to enjoy her portion of delicious food.

She picked up a piece of Beijing-style shredded pork with sweet bean sauce with chopsticks. The tender shredded pork was wrapped in sweet bean sauce and paired with shredded green onions. She put it in her mouth, and the aroma of sauce, meat and green onions instantly bloomed on her taste buds.

After eating a few bites of shredded pork, she scooped up a spoonful of sauerkraut vermicelli soup. The hot soup slid down her throat and warmed her whole body.

As she tasted the food, she nodded slightly, very satisfied with her cooking skills.

By the time she had finished eating to her heart's content, the sky had already darkened completely, and the moonlight was sprinkling on the earth like water.

Lin Zhiyue carefully picked up the lunch box containing the food and walked slowly towards the cowshed in the cover of night.

Along the way, it was quiet and silent, with only the occasional chirping of insects.

As he approached the cowshed, Lin Zhiyue slowed down his pace, trying not to make any noise.

She stopped a few steps away from the cowshed, concentrated her mind, and used her unique mental power to place the meal she had prepared steadily at the door of the cowshed.

Then she quickly retreated and hid behind a hidden bush in the distance.

Lin Zhiyue squatted down in the bushes, his eyes fixed on the door of the cowshed.

She picked up a few small stones on the ground and concentrated her mental power to control them.

Under her control, the stone slowly flew up and hit the door of the cowshed.

"Bang, bang, bang", several stones hit the door continuously, making crisp sounds.

At first, there was no movement in the cowshed. Lin Zhiyue became a little anxious and threw a few stones over.

Finally, the door of the cowshed slowly swayed and then opened.

Lin Zhiyue saw a weathered face revealed, and he looked towards the door with confusion in his eyes.

When he saw the food on the ground, his eyes lit up instantly and his face was full of confusion and surprise.

He bent down to pick up the food, held it in his arms, and muttered something to himself.

Seeing a middle-aged man take the food away smoothly, Lin Zhiyue felt relieved.

She smiled slightly, turned around and left quietly, her figure gradually disappearing into the night, walking towards home.
