Chapter 473 The Last Time

"Wang Yun, take the chicken soup and leave quickly. I'll lead them away." Aning suggested at this critical moment.

Before Wang Yunlai could speak quickly, Aning had already stood up and rushed out.

"Aning, what are you doing here stealthily?" the soldier asked.

"I...I'm looking for something." Aning responded humbly.

"Looking for something?" the soldier asked in a questioning tone.

Wang Yun held the chicken soup in her arms, and her nerves became tense. At this moment, she didn't care about Aning. If the soldiers saw the chicken soup in her hand, both of them would be finished. She swallowed her saliva, carefully walked around the grass and left quickly with the chicken soup.

When the soldier parted the brush and walked in, he found nothing. Aning's tense heart suddenly relaxed. The soldier glanced at him and although he felt something was wrong, he didn't find anything and turned away.

Aning reached out and touched his chest, looked around, pretended nothing had happened, and began to look for Wang Yun everywhere. After all, she was holding chicken soup, and it would be bad if someone found out, so he had to find her quickly to avoid any accidents.

Wang Yun was jogging with the chicken soup in his arms, and before he knew it, he had arrived at the military playground. Cheng Haoyu was standing there with a heroic look, training everyone. The soldiers were concentrating and didn't dare to be distracted at all. Wang Yun hugged the lunch box, quietly watching the scene in front of him, with a silly smile on his lips.

After an unknown amount of time, Cheng Haoyu noticed Wang Yun's presence from the corner of his eye and called out to the soldiers, "Review the training content you just had."

Then he trotted over with a helpless expression on his face: "What's wrong?"

Wang Yun handed him the chicken soup: "It's for you."

When she handed the chicken soup to Cheng Haoyu, she was caught by Aning. This scene was like a bolt from the blue for him. Hatred slowly rose in his heart, his hands clenched into fists, and his breathing became rapid.

Cheng Haoyu glanced at the lunch box in her hand and responded seriously: "I'm very busy. Don't bother me again if you have nothing to do."

"Haoyu, come to me after training today. I have something important to tell you." Wang Yun stepped forward and blocked his way.

Cheng Haoyu frowned slightly, his facial expression full of annoyance.

"For the last time, as long as you listen to my story, I promise you will suddenly understand." Wang Yun said in a serious tone.

"After I listen to your story, will you never harass me and Xinyi again?" Cheng Haoyu asked.

"As long as you listen to my story, I won't harass Xinyi anymore." Wang Yun responded solemnly.

Cheng Haoyu nodded slightly and said, "Okay, I'll come find you when I'm done."

After he finished speaking, he turned around and left without looking back. Wang Yun tightened his grip on the lunch box.

Aning didn't know what they said, but she was full of resentment and unhappiness. She glanced at Wang Yun who was standing there, staring at Cheng Haoyu, and turned away silently.

I returned to the army canteen in a unhappy mood. Everyone was still busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. No one noticed that something was wrong with Aning, and no one noticed the missing chicken soup.

Wang Yun looked around, found a deserted place, drank the chicken soup, then quietly threw the lunch box into the trash and quickly returned to the cafeteria to work.
