Cheng Haoyu frowned helplessly and whispered in Zheng Xinyi's ear, "See? Now our family revolves around you. I don't even have a sense of existence at all. Oh! It's so sad."
Zheng Xinyi nudged him gently with her elbow and responded with a smile: "Dad, we also received a last-minute notice."
A moment later, Zhang Fengrong came out of the kitchen carrying food. She served Zheng Xinyi rice porridge first. "Xinyi, just have a bite tonight. I'll make you something delicious tomorrow."
"Mom, this is already very good." Zheng Xinyi took the rice porridge and responded with a smile.
"How can this be possible? You are pregnant now and need to take good care of yourself." Zhang Fengrong responded seriously.
"Xinyi, eat more and eat your fill." Cheng Dayu said.
"Sister-in-law, after dinner, you and brother can rest. I will go to Zheng's house to inform them of your return and tell them that you will go to see them tomorrow." Cheng Haoyang spoke with an attitude that said, "Just rest assured."
"Don't treat me like a patient. I'm not that delicate," Zheng Xinyi responded with a smile.
"You're wrong. You are now the key protected person for our entire family." Cheng Haoting interrupted her.

Her status is different after she is pregnant. After the meal, Zhang Fengrong was so happy that he couldn't stop smiling. He was reluctant to let Xinyi do any work. Instead, he asked her about her well-being and all sorts of questions.
"Haoting, quickly tidy up the bedding on your brother's kang. Dayu, why are you still standing there? Go and heat up the child's kang and make it warm." Zhang Fengrong began to assign tasks while cleaning up the dishes.
"Mom, I can heat the kang myself." Cheng Haoyu quickly responded.
"How can that be? You're already tired from the car ride. Hurry up and accompany Xinyi to rest." Zhang Fengrong responded in an unquestionable tone.
"Okay, I'll heat the kang for my eldest brother after I come back from my sister-in-law's parents' home." Cheng Haoyang saw what Cheng Haoyu was thinking. He had finally come back, but the whole family was in a mess, and he had to let his father heat the kang for them personally. He must feel bad about it, so he spoke up to agree.
"When can I wait for you to come back? Go back to your own business and don't worry about heating the kang." Zhang Fengrong said in a commanding tone.
Zheng Xinyi and Cheng Haoyu looked at each other, and Cheng Dayu winked at them: "Alright, both of you just listen to your mother and go to rest quickly. Haoyu, take good care of Xinyi."
"I understand." Cheng Haoyu helped Zheng Xinyi into the inner room.
"Brother, sister-in-law, the bedding has been made, you should take a rest!" Cheng Haoting said with a smile.
"Haoting, thank you for your hard work." Zheng Xinyi said, pulling her arm.
"It's okay." Haoting responded with a smile, then turned and left.
"Haoyu, I really feel guilty." Zheng Xinyi frowned slightly.
Cheng Haoyu took her arm and said in an understanding tone, "You're pregnant, and our whole family is happy, so just enjoy this special treatment! Okay, hurry up and pack up and get ready for bed."
Zheng Xinyi and Cheng Haoyu were really exhausted. Lying on the warm kang, Cheng Haoyu hugged Xinyi, and the two soon fell asleep.
