Cuiping was right. Zheng Xinyi had been holding it in for so long, and now she finally cried her heart out. She felt much better, at least not as bad as she had been in the past few days. Tears are really the best way to vent emotions.
"Xinyi, although Captain Cheng is gone, you have to understand that this child needs you, and we all need you too." Bai Cuiping spoke to comfort her.
"My two sisters-in-law, it's all my fault. If Captain Cheng hadn't tried to save me, my son wouldn't have died. I really think I should be the one who deserves to die." Wang Zhi slapped himself twice viciously.
