Chapter 53 Daily Exercise

Chapter 53 Daily Exercise

Zhang Wei usually gets up at seven o'clock. After washing up, he takes half an hour to read in the morning before going to school.

Originally, she only needed to get up fifteen minutes earlier, but she had something on her mind and couldn't sleep, so she woke up just after six in the morning.

She couldn't fall asleep even though she was awake, so she got up early, washed up, opened the window and prepared to start her morning reading.

As soon as she opened the window, she saw Venus walking around the garden under the evergreen tree. She swore that she opened the window so quietly that it made no sound at all, but she saw Venus's gaze cast at her quickly and accurately.

Zhang Wei opened her mouth but decided not to say hello. After all, the others were still taking a break. They just waved at her and started their morning reading quietly.

But she was still a little surprised. It seemed that Venus was living at home. She thought she was a home tutor like the previous tutor.

In addition to the main building, the Wilson family also has a annex on the right side of the gate. The first floor is a garage, and Betty, Chris and others live on the second floor. Zhang Wei has never been there, but it looks like there are quite a few rooms.

It seems that Venus has moved into the annex building, which is a good idea. In addition to adding a tutor, we also have an extra security guard, killing two birds with one stone.

When Zhang Wei finished memorizing today's content, she heard a sound coming from Namier's room. She looked at the time and it was already 7 o'clock. It seemed that Namier was still very self-conscious.

The two of them waited for Venus in the backyard at the agreed time, and she arrived late with a cup of coffee.

Does he still need coffee when he got up earlier than me? Zhang Wei complained in his heart.

She glanced at their attire, nodded, and then gave the command:

"Get on all fours"

Zhang Wei was a little confused. She thought they would be asked to run first, but she did it anyway.

There were still some dew on the grass in the early morning, and my hands were wet. Fortunately, I changed my clothes before coming to exercise.

"Left hand forward, body still, right foot forward, left foot follows."

After hearing the subsequent instructions, Zhang Wei felt strange after doing so. "Isn't this just crawling on the ground?"

Before Zhang Wei could finish her words, Namir spoke up.

Venus took a sip of coffee and asked, "What's wrong with crawling? If you can't crawl fast, how can you run fast?"

"Stop talking nonsense. If you can't finish it, you'll have to spend extra time. I won't care if you're late for school!"

Zhang Wei could only crawl forward silently. You won’t believe it, but she felt hot all over before she even crawled back and forth once. It seems that although this bear crawl doesn’t look very good, it does provide a lot of exercise.

Namir was much faster than Zhang Wei. Zhang Wei had just finished the first lap when Namir was halfway through the second lap.

At the beginning, Zhang Wei would pay attention to the coordination of movements. However, after climbing two laps, all movements were thrown away. He really used his hands and feet to crawl forward. The palms of his hands were stained black by grass juice and dirt.

She had never felt that fifteen minutes was so difficult. She didn't know how many laps she had climbed, but she knew that Namir surpassed her again and again.

"Okay, stop!"

The sound was like the sound of nature. Zhang Wei turned over and lay on the grass.

"Namir, go! Pull her up, she can't lie down!"

Namir walked to Zhang Wei with difficulty. She could even feel the heat coming off his body. It seemed that he was also very tired.

Sure enough, he pulled Zhang Wei's hand. Zhang Wei didn't feel his strength at all. She could only overcome her fatigue and tried hard to stand up, almost bringing Namir down with her.

In this way, the two of them held hands and supported each other as they walked slowly for a few minutes, and finally their strength recovered a little.

"I say, I heard that you go to school at 8 o'clock?" Venus's cold voice sounded behind him.

Zhang Wei looked at what she and Namier were wearing. She knew she had to go take a shower and change clothes...

So he pulled Namir up and ran to the room, otherwise he would be late.

So on this day, Zhang Wei walked into the classroom weakly as the bell rang, which was unprecedented.

She didn't want to eat breakfast at all, she just wanted to lie down and rest for a while.

Catherine's voice was unusually gentle: "Are you okay, Vera?"

"Thank you, I just got up a little early in the morning, don't worry," she said weakly, resting her chin on the table.

She was so hungry at noon that she ate up all the remaining salads of Dora and Grace.

When doing pommel horse jumps during the afternoon physical education class, Zhang Wei felt like she could fly without stepping on the spring mat. Although she couldn't jump as far as before, she felt as if her body was light and had no foothold all day.

Zhang Wei didn't expect that fifteen minutes could have such great power.

Zhang Wei even ordered an extra piece of steak for dinner. Emma nodded and said, "It seems that exercise really does have an effect!"

Zhang Wei: This is purely because I’m hungry because I didn’t have breakfast and didn’t have a full lunch!

It also seriously disrupted her study plan. She didn't even finish writing her diary at night, and her eyelids could no longer hold up, so she had to go to bed early. Fortunately, she remembered to set the alarm earlier for the next day.

The next day, the pain got even worse: there was no place in my body that wasn't sore.

Zhang Wei has experience with this. She experienced this symptom after climbing a mountain due to the accumulation of lactic acid after sudden excessive exercise.

It was difficult to get dressed now, and going downstairs was even more painful. Thinking of the next fifteen even more difficult minutes, Zhang Wei's mind went blank.

Fortunately, she had her fellow sufferer Namir to keep her company. Seeing that he was also gritting his teeth and persevering, Zhang Wei said that nothing could compare to a real child.

However, apart from the first two or three laps which were quite difficult, I don’t know if it was because my body adapted or became numb, but it wasn’t that uncomfortable afterwards.

And after this was over, Zhang Wei stood up and walked around by herself without asking Namier to help her.

Venus was still leisurely drinking coffee and looking into the distance.

Zhang Wei felt that she made the money really easily. Next time, she would find an opportunity to ask her how much she earned a month. Working fifteen minutes a day and resting for twenty-three hours and forty-five minutes was simply a dream job.

Finally, she was not in a hurry today and finished her breakfast seriously, but she was still hungry at noon. Catherine gave her the extra sandwich, and she was finally full.

After a week, Zhang Wei and Namier finally got used to the life of training early every morning, and the effect was indeed remarkable.

At least Zhang Wei gradually felt that white people's food was not so bad. Although he was hungry because of the huge amount of food he consumed, his sleep was really much better.

Although she used to go to bed early and get up early, her sleep was not very sound. Sometimes she would dream all night and feel very tired when she woke up.

Now I can just fall asleep and have no dreams all night long.

Moreover, she still has enough energy to count how many laps she has climbed every morning, so it is expected that her speed will increase.

But when Zhang Wei was feeling smug, Venus increased their exercise volume...
