It was late at night in Gu's Hospital, and the only sound in the corridor was the ticking of the second hand.
Gu Ting was wearing a white coat and leaning against the door of the emergency room with his eyes closed.
The door of the operating room was opened, and Rong Yun pinched her sore wrist.
"Dean? Doctor Rong, we're leaving first."
The doctor who came down from the operating room with him greeted him, and Gu Ting raised his eyes and nodded.
"Why are you waiting here? Have you been waiting for so long?"
Rong Yun stood on tiptoe and kissed his lips, and was about to move away when he held her waist tightly.
"Picking up your wife from get off work is the standard for a husband." Gu Ting pinched Rong Yun's face proudly.
"Dean Gu's standards are so low." Since the two got married, Rong Yun has moved from the doctor's lounge to Gu Ting's office.
After returning to the office to change clothes, the two left the hospital arm in arm.
After getting in the car, Rong Yun leaned back in the chair and took a nap. When she woke up, she was covered with Gu Ting's suit.
The man stood by the car smoking, and she reached out to press the window, "Have I slept for a long time?"
"No, get off the car when you wake up." Gu Ting flicked away the almost burned cigarette in his hand.
"Aren't we going home?"
Rong Yun looked at the parking lot that they had not been back to for a long time. They had been living in Gu's house recently and had not been to Gu Ting's small apartment for a long time.
"Come back, isn't this our home?"
He chuckled and carried the person into the elevator. It was already three o'clock in the morning. If he went back home, he would probably not be able to sleep until dawn.
It was this elevator again, and Rong Yun didn't even want to raise her head.
"What are you thinking about? Huh?"
Gu Ting's low voice sounded in her ears, and Rong Yun's ears were stained with a hint of pink.
"Yun'er, are you reminiscing about the past?"
"Shut up." Rong Yun buried her head in his shoulder; she didn't.
When they entered the door, Gu Ting put Rong Yun on the ground, and before she could open the door, she was pushed against the door and kissed.
When she was released, her legs went weak and she almost fell to the ground.
A large hand hooked around her waist, "Honey, what haven't I done yet?"
"Go away."
Rong Yun pushed him away, stood up and went into the bedroom. She lay down on the quilt and fell asleep without even changing her clothes.
When Gu Ting entered the room, Rong Yun was already asleep. He kissed her cheek lovingly.
I got her a set of comfortable pajamas to change into, and went to the bathroom to get a warm towel to wipe her face.
He had no intention of torturing her, he brought her here because he knew she had undergone surgery today.
The next day, Rong Yun was woken up by a kiss. "You want to suffocate me to death so early in the morning?"
Seeing that she was awake, Gu Ting deepened the kiss that had just been light, "I finally married your wife, how could I bear to let you die."
Rong Yun ignored his nonsense and turned over to continue sleeping. She was so sleepy. She had undergone four consecutive operations yesterday and her wrists and calves were sore.
But someone didn't intend to let her go, "Wife, you really don't care about me?"
She hummed, closed her eyes and was about to fall asleep, but bit her lip and was forced to open her eyes.
"Ating, I'm really sleepy."
Gu Ting kissed her lips that she had bitten, "Well, you go to sleep?"
Rong Yun didn't say anything polite. She really fell asleep, but kept waking up from sleep. She was so angry that she wanted to slap him.
She didn't fall asleep again until Gu Ting got out of bed.
When she opened her eyes again, the room was empty and she was so hungry that she had to get out of bed.
I called Gu Ting while washing up, and the voice on the other end was a bit noisy.
"Wife, are you awake?"
"Where are you, the supermarket?" She heard the sound of a vegetable seller.
"Well, I'm going to make you something delicious to reward my wife for her hard work early in the morning."
"Anything you want to eat?"
Gu Ting pushed the cart and put some food in it as he passed by. They were all Rong Yun's favorite foods.
"Curry shrimp, spicy crab, beef pot."
She answered him while brushing her teeth, and her slurred speech made Gu Ting chuckle.
"Okay, wait for me to go back and make it for you."
After hanging up the phone, she put on a coat over her home clothes and went downstairs with her cell phone.
The supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from home.
The tall and handsome Gu Ting is very recognizable in the crowd. He bent down to take the meat from the freezer.
Rong Yun stepped forward and took his hand, but he subconsciously shook it off. She took a step back and couldn't stand still.
Gu Ting turned around with anger in his eyes. When he saw the person coming, he quickly hugged him in his arms and kissed him.
"Why are you here? Does your hand hurt?"
He thought it was that ungrateful woman coming up to him again, so he pushed her away with quite a bit of force.
Rong Yun leaned on his shoulder and asked, "Dr. Gu, did you get entangled as soon as you left the house?"
"Only this little vixen in my arms can hold me captive."
Gu Ting wanted to deepen the kiss, but Rong Yun turned her head away and didn't look at him.
She's talking nonsense about that night again. Seriously, she hates foxes!!
Gu Ting pushed the cart with one hand and held something with the other, and he also hooked Rong Yun's hand in his.
"That's enough. I bought too much and can't finish it." He didn't stop even after half of the shopping cart was filled.
Gu Ting kissed her face and said, "Not enough. We haven't been alone together for a long time. Let's live together for a few months first."
Rong Yun: “…” Doesn’t he spend every night alone together?
When passing by a store of daily necessities, Gu Ting pulled Rong Yun in to buy toiletries.
He hadn't lived in the apartment for a few months, and he never had the habit of using the aunt's supplies. He had to buy everything himself.
After picking out some daily brands, Rong Yun grabbed Gu Ting's hand.
"I haven't bought that thing yet." She whispered in his ear.
Gu Ting chuckled and pinched her face, "That thing, which one?"
"You know it, yet you still ask me."
"You don't need it in the morning either? I'll go to the pharmacy and buy some morning-after pills later."
She reached out and randomly picked up two boxes from the shelf and put them in the shopping cart.
Gu Ting had no choice but to pick it up and put it back.
"What are you doing?" Rong Yun glared at him.
"Wife, I don't want to buy any more, and I don't want to buy any more medicine. I want a daughter now."
Gu Ting held her in his arms playfully and pointed at the things he had just put back on the shelf.
"Besides, wife, see if I can use what you have."
Rong Yun was forced to look straight ahead by her. Size S?
That's really useless.
"Didn't you say you'd wait a few years before having children? Don't you want to live alone?"
She kicked him amusedly and pushed the cart forward.
"In a few months, we'll have our own world, and if we're ready, we'll have it."
Gu Ting was carrying a lot of bags in both hands, and he didn't forget to let Rong Yun hook his arm.
She curled her lips and smiled lightly, "It's less than 500 meters from home, I can still get lost."
"My wife is so beautiful, I'm afraid she'll be kidnapped along the way."
Gu Ting raised the corner of his lips, and the two of them walked back slowly.
They are usually very busy, and when they have free time they only come back home to spend time with their children. It is rare for them to live such a comfortable life.
As soon as he entered the house, Gu Ting carried the vegetables into the kitchen, and Rong Yun quickly packed up the daily necessities.
Walk up behind him and take his hand that is tying his apron.
