Chapter 154 Severing Ties



Noticing Mingyao's gaze, Ni An looked up, a hint of joy appearing in her eyes that had been tinged with a faint sadness.

"Sister Su!"

She hugged the bouquet tightly and walked happily toward Mingyao.

Mingyao glanced at her only once before quickly looking away and coldly walking past Ni An.

Ni An stood there in a panic, her smile frozen on her face.

By the time she came to her senses and tried to catch up with Mingyao, Mingyao had already quickly walked into the company.

Ni An stood at the company entrance, looking forlornly at Ming Yao at the front desk, her heart heavy.

She didn't have the courage to go into the company to apologize to Mingyao and get back together with her.

Ni An lowered her head, holding the bouquet, and returned to her original position.

She believed that as long as she sincerely apologized to Mingyao, Mingyao would definitely accept it.

Ni An stood motionless at the company entrance, holding a bouquet of flowers.

Mingyao could see her perfectly from where she was standing.

She stood there all morning, but Mingyao didn't even glance at her.

Ni An felt helpless, unsure how to apologize in order to get Ming Yao to accept him again.

At lunchtime, colleagues gradually left the company.

They noticed Ni An, who was eagerly waiting, and began to discuss it amongst themselves.

Ni An turned her back, her face showing embarrassment.

She would never have come to the company if it weren't to ask Mingyao to get back together with her.

Her colleagues all know she was fired, and who knows how they'll laugh at her behind her back.

Mingyao left with her colleagues, completely ignoring Ni An.

Ni An wanted to chase after her, but was too embarrassed to call out, so she could only stare blankly as Ming Yao left.
