Pei Siyu has disappeared!
Mingyao's heart sank to the bottom.
She gripped her phone tightly, her mind racing.
Especially at times like these, she needs to remain calm.
"Wang Zhouheng, have you checked the surveillance footage?"
No one disappears without a reason.
Something must be wrong.
Mingyao spoke as she rushed to the hospital.
Wang Zhouheng said in a deep voice, "All the hospital surveillance footage from that day has been deleted."
"I have already called the police, and they are currently investigating."

Mingyao felt like she couldn't catch her breath.
"Tell me immediately if you have any news."

"Wei Chuan?"

After Mingyao stopped, she looked at Wei Chuan and asked, "Why are you here?"
Wei Chuan is acting mysteriously, and she still doesn't understand what kind of relationship she has with him.
My memories of Wei Chuan are limited to those from Qingcheng and Haidu.
“I just happened to be passing by and saw you coming out of the coffee shop.”
"Mingyao, you look terrible."
"You're pregnant, you should go to the hospital first."
"No."
Mingyao took a deep breath and composed herself before saying, "I need to investigate."
"My husband is missing."
As soon as Mingyao turned around, Wei Chuan grabbed her wrist.
Is Pei Siyu very important to you?
Mingyao didn't know why Wei Chuan asked this question, but she nodded and answered decisively.
"Yes, he is very important to me."
"Without him, my life has no meaning."

Wei Chuan noticeably increased the pressure on her hand, which Ming Yao found very strange.

"You bitch!"
Su Xueya rushed forward and raised her hand to hit Ming Yao.
Mingyao covered her face and staggered back two steps.
After she realized what was happening, she slapped him back.
Mingyao was strong, and Su Xueya fell directly to the ground.
Half of her face immediately swelled up.
Mingyao looked down at Su Xueya from her high position, a mocking smile playing on her lips.
"Su Xueya, who do you think you are?"
"Did you consider the consequences of your attack on me?"
Su Xueya giggled.
She glared at Mingyao with bloodshot eyes, her gaze filled with hatred.
"You stole my position as the young mistress, and now you're telling me to consider my next move!"
"Mingyao, you bitch!"
"This is everything I have, what right do you have to take it away!"
It had been a while since I'd seen Su Xueya, and she looked noticeably thinner.
Her clothes were so thin that they looked like a skeleton on her.
Mingyao looked at Su Xueya coldly.
No matter what Su Xueya goes through, she is not pitiful.
Everything Su Xueya suffered was her own fault!
"Mingyao, I'm going to kill you!"
"You lied to me and Dad!"
"You took everything from me!"
Since returning from Qingcheng, she has been imprisoned by Su Qiqiang.
She spends all day in her 50-square-meter bedroom, unable to move.
Her wrists and ankles were shackled.
Su Qiqiang recently released her and told her about Mingyao and Pei Siyu.
Enraged, Su Xueya stormed over to confront Mingyao.
"When you were using me, why didn't you think you were malicious?"

Losing her mind, Su Xueya lunged at Ming Yao with bared teeth and claws.
Just as she was about to get close to Mingyao, Wei Chuan kicked Su Xueya in the stomach.
Su Xueya's body slumped out like a falling leaf.
She collapsed to the ground and coughed up a mouthful of blood.
Wei Chuan stood in front of Ming Yao, coldly looking at Su Xueya.
Su Xueya wanted to resist, but when she looked up, she saw the murderous look in Wei Chuan's eyes.
She shivered, swallowing all her grievances.
After Su Xueya left, Mingyao looked at Wei Chuan with surprise.
"Wei Chuan, how come I never realized you were this amazing before?"
"But why are you helping me?"
Wei Chuan dusted himself off and said slowly, "You helped me, so I'll help you."
"Mingyao, this is what I'm returning to you."
Wei Chuan handed Ming Yao a business card.
