Mingyao was far too vigilant.
She has virtually no way to deal with Mingyao except to condemn her through public opinion.

Wei Ning racked his brains but couldn't come up with any other solutions. After much thought, he decided to place his final bet on the technology exhibition.
The technology exhibition was her last resort, and also Mingyao and Pei Siyu's last chance to catch their breath.
Meanwhile, in the hospital.
Pei Siyu is now fully able to get out of bed and move around, and his body has almost fully recovered.
The doctor urged him to be discharged, but Wei Chuan insisted that Pei Siyu continue to stay.
"You can continue to live here."
Pei Siyu asked curiously, "Why do you still want to live here?"
"I should go find my wife."
Wei Chuan crossed his arms and glared at Pei Siyu.
"Can't you just behave and listen to me?"
"I'm your savior!"
Pei Siyu frowned, a hint of displeasure creeping into his eyes.
"I've been here for a long time, and the doctor has told me to be discharged. Why won't you let me leave?"
"If you want me to stay in the hospital, you have to give me a reason for doing so."
"Without a single reason, why should I continue to live here?"
"Because it's dangerous outside."
"The situation is still unclear. Even if you want to come out, you'll have to wait a month."
Pei Siyu asked, "Why?"
"Because the technology expo is in a month."
Pei Siyu clenched his fist: "Fine."
"When can I see Mingyao?"
"Didn't you say she was very worried about me?"

"I remember seeing you when I was a child."
Wei Chuan was startled and stared at Pei Siyu.
Where have you seen me before?
Pei Siyu looked at Wei Chuan and said slowly, "I remember we were all locked in a dark room."
"Back then you even comforted me, saying that it's better to live a miserable life than to die."
Memories surged forth like a tidal wave, nearly overwhelming Wei Chuan.
Wei Chuan pursed his lips, simply looking at Pei Siyu without saying a word.
Pei Siyu looked at Wei Chuan.
"Wei Chuan, is that you?"
“You are very different from when you were a child, but your personality is still similar.”
Wei Chuan turned his head and said in a low voice, "Sometimes not wanting to think about it is also a way of protecting you."
“Pei Siyu, even if you want to, you should think about your relationship with Mingyao, not those dirty and disgusting memories of the past.”
Pei Siyu looked at Wei Chuan calmly.
"What's past is past."
"I remember everything about that period of my life."
"Thanks."
His words of thanks seemed to float in the air, or perhaps land on Wei Chuan's heart.
"Thank you for encouraging me back then, and thank you for saving me now."
Wei Chuan laughed self-deprecatingly.
I appreciate it.
He waved and turned his back on Pei Siyu.
Wei Chuan walked down the bustling street, looking down on everyone.
Everything from the past flashed through my mind like fragments.
Wei Chuan sneered.
Pei Siyu is still as silly as ever.
He believes whatever I say.
Wei Chuan narrowed his eyes and looked up at the sun overhead.
The sun is really strong today.
Back then, he and Pei Siyu were locked in a secret room, where everything was in a daze.
He still remembers the joy he felt when he saw the sun after he was rescued.
Wei Chuan turned to look at the hospital.
I was able to escape back then thanks to Pei Siyu.
If Pei Siyu's plea for help hadn't been discovered, he probably would have been locked up inside for life.
Ultimately, everything he and Pei Siyu experienced was caused by Wei Ning.
Wei Chuan had considered revenge.
But……
Their blood relation prevented Wei Chuan from bringing himself to do it.
He could only help Mingyao and Pei Siyu in secret.
Wei Chuan returned to his house, casually took out a USB drive from a drawer, and sent it to Mingyao at the hospital via express delivery.
Mingyao was very puzzled.
The package contained no address or information.
She opened the USB drive with a skeptical attitude.
The contents of the USB drive shocked Mingyao.
It all involves Wei Ning using his power at Haichang Company to embezzle company funds and evade taxes.
This evidence is enough to send Wei Ning to jail.
Mingyao shut down her computer, looking very puzzled.
