Xia Kexing was stunned for a moment. She hadn't expected Mingyao to be so important to Ni An.
Even though the two of them had such a bad falling out, she still didn't feel like blaming Mingyao.
But that's okay.
She had plenty of ways to sow discord between Mingyao and Ni'an.
Xia Kexing's eyes curved into a smile, and her gaze toward Ni An held a hint of amusement.
“Ni An, you are still too young.”
"Moreover, there is no benefit for me in sowing discord between you and Su Xueya."
"You two were both receptionists, and now you've been fired. What good would it do me to sow discord between you?"
She shrugged, scoffed, and rolled her eyes at Ni An, "Don't think the two of you are that important."
Ni An bit her lip, glaring at Xia Kexing resentfully, "Then what do you want to say?"
She didn't believe Xia Kexing would help her for no reason.
Xia Kexing knew that Ni An was wary of her, so she wasn't in a hurry to gain Ni An's complete trust.
"I was just stating the truth, why are you questioning me like this?"
She crossed her arms and said with a mocking smile, "I just want to make fun of you."
"You treat Su Xueya as a friend, but she doesn't treat you as a friend."
"You were hit by a car and suffered such serious injuries, and Su Xueya just stood by and watched without caring. Tsk tsk, you two really have a deep sisterly bond!"
She giggled, her clear, bell-like laughter sounding particularly jarring to Ni An.
"So what?"
Ni An stared intently at Xia Kexing with a tense expression.
Meeting Ni An's cold gaze, Xia Kexing laughed even louder.
