Pei Siyu chuckled, turned his head, and his voice, cold and devoid of any warmth, drifted into Mingyao's ears on the wind, "Fine, I'll give her a chance."

He glanced at Mingyao and continued, enunciating each word clearly, "You can't take leave either."

Mingyao's face lit up with joy, her eyes curving into crescent shapes. "President Pei, don't worry, Ni An and I won't let you down!"
