My colleagues started flooding the screen with messages praising President Pei's might.

Mingyao scrolled through the group chat and discovered that the blank profile picture had tagged everyone.
I was so focused on chatting with Ni An that I didn't notice the group chat.
This was, in fact, the first time he had ever shown his face in the group.

Xia Kexing clenched her fists, lowered her head, and felt very wronged.
"You still feel wronged?" Manager Zhang sneered, showing no mercy whatsoever. "Su Xueya is a great contributor to our company. You don't even offer a word of praise, yet you slander her?"
"President Pei clearly stated that spreading rumors is not allowed. Have you already forgotten after only a few days?"
Xia Kexing clenched her fists and said in a muffled voice, "I know I was wrong."
"Once is acceptable, twice is acceptable, but a third time is not. If I find out a third time, you can just get out of here!"
Manager Zhang emphasized the last two words, and his gaze toward her became even colder.
Xia Kexing shivered and bit her lower lip hard.
